Excellent presentation 👍 I’ve been a security officer at WB for 12 years. And what you may not know that it is probably one of the most haunted studios in Hollywood. A lot of paranormal activity especially late at night. Many of buildings were built over 100 years ago around 1917 when it was First National Pictures. The Warner Brothers acquired it in 1923.

Stage 16 was where the whole goonies ship scene was filmed, I was lucky enough to be able to walk inside the day I went. Our tour guide told us it was a rare lifetime chance because they usually don’t let people in there since people are always filming inside it. People who have been working there for years haven’t even been able to walk in so that’s something I will always remember❤️ they also filmed the Jurassic park scene in there where the t-Rex 🦖 attacks the kids in the car 🙂

My favorite thing about your show is that you always explore sites that are near and dear to me. I worked at Warner Bros as a paralegal for a while before getting into the creative side of the film industry. I love the way you two always give me current views of the places I loved so much when I lived in Southern California.

So today I woke up ready to get organized and declutter everything before the school year starts and really fine tune everything in my home but then my anxiety kicked in out of nowhere and I just can't chill. Supposedly the VIP gives you two extra hours with the guide and lets you walk around in places you usually cant on the backlot. It also includes breakfast and lunch. It costs around $300. I don't think Grimms video showed a lot of what they did. There is a lot of info about the vip on the Warner Bros website.

basically, a % of these films are in the same universe as a number of the locations been used in them and often a prop from another film pops up. so, WOW, that be a franchise. also, WHAT AN AWESOME TOUR

Warner Bros. Tour is the best Studio Tour there is. When I went, Big Bang Theory was still in production and they brought us into the studio they filmed it. They also took us onto Ellen's Sound Stage where they filmed the Star Wars Holiday Special from the 70's

One of my favorite jobs was being a Warner Bros VIP Tour Guide back in 1995-97. So close to where I used to live I would ride my bike to the lot every morning.

Someone gotta make Hollywood great again (they won't). I watched Batman Returns the other day and I was amazed how tight and skillful Tim Burton directed. With minimal special effects and the incredible actor performances, we were spoilt back then . Cinema used to be my passion.

Is that the difference with the VIP, that you get to go with just the two of you and a guide? When I did this tour there were maybe 8 or 10 of us assigned to one guide. We still got to do all of that stuff though, although I did not get to go down the steps to see where the Gremlin was purchased.

I did this tour a couple of years ago...The most enjoyment I got from watching this video, was watching & listening to your excitement. lol. I lost count how many times you said; 'This is so cool!' My friends wife works there. It’s been awhile but she used to get me a visitors pass and I’d stroll around this lot for hours by myself just exploring and watching them film stuff. Love it so much. Pee-Wee's Big Adventure is one of my all time favorite movies. I am currently working on transcribing the Danny Elfman score for guitar. The chase scene throughout the studio buildings at the end is great. I love when he rides through the Twisted Sister music video and the Godzilla set. Its awesome when he makes the guards run into the mat painting of the studio lot like a Road Runner cartoon.
