I have seen The Warning live 4 times but have yet to see this song live. I certainly hope they will do unplugged concerts in the future.

Pau (POW!) is an absolute killer - as deadly in front of a piano. or just sitting on a stool - as she is behind the kit. She is also the bands primary songwriter, beginning the songs on piano before bringing them to her sisters to turn them into fully-fleshed out rock songs.

There is always someone streaming their shows on IG, but sometimes it is Rudy their manager. And sometimes he’ll record the moments backstage just before they go out. Last year Pau came on live to chat immediately following a show, just to unwind because they had to be on the road early. There are so many things they do that make them special.

The guest guitarist is Pliego Villarreal (no relation), bassist of the Mexican band Kinky. He is playing a Mexican ten string bass (five strings doubled) known as a banjo quinto. They refer to him as "primo" (cousin) because he has the same last name as DPA. The song is supposed to be a conversation between Pau and some unknown male miscreant returning from some dastardly deed and trying to blame everyone but himself. Pau is warning him that the authorities could be after him. This is supposed to take place at a campfire - there is crackling in the background on the studio version.
