Klay is washed and can't be relied upon anymore. Depth is also an issue. Draymond is serviceable to play his usual role. More talent is needed whether through trade or draft.

Rotation? The gsw team is small and weak on Defense no matter what unless a trade could happen. They will not win against centres and PF of the Nuggets, OKC, Clippers, Twolves.

klay’s contract ends this season and he’s been playing so poorly that the warriors would have to unload assets to dump him and his $43m contract. it’s not worth it to trade klay. if you can’t come to an agreement on a reasonable extension with him then let him walk. i think it sends a horrible message to players in the league if they choose to trade klay, that message being “you can be drafted, come up thru, and do everything for our organization; but we will still cut you when you’re no longer useful to us”

@@lostone9700 i think wiggins value is neutral. i think teams understand that wiggins is a good player that isn’t very old, and has no major injury concerns, that may need a change of scenery to get out of this slump that he’s in but also there is some risk involved in trading for him because there’s no guarantee that a change of scenery will actually get him to play better. but wiggins upside is that if you can get him to play at that 2022 level, his production on the court is worth far more than the $24m a year contract he’s on, which is really great value

Curious - I been hearing the Mavs a lot but theyre a bit dry in term of draft picks and im personally not 100% convinced that they have the players that Raptors would want for an All-star-esque player like Siakam. I presume their best / most realistic proposal would center around Josh green + Hardy + Salary filler like Kleber/Richaun ?

@@davidcelestino6461 not that concerned about being bad for a few years. team will be a bottom feeder when curry is gone regardless if i have mid level talent on the roster or not, and that’s where i will restock on lottery talent. golden state is also a large market in california which makes it a pretty good free agent destination when it comes to a time that the franchise has actual cap space when the big 3 are gone. again, not super concerned about a rebuild. this isn’t a place like charlotte that has trouble signing good free agents

they can get everything they need from raptors and not complicate things with multi team trades. trade cp3 wiggins kuminga moody and 2 picks and two 2nds for siakam, jakob poeltl and dennis schroeder. siakam and jakob are best friends so he will resign in golden state also.

@@davidcelestino6461 there isn’t enough value in wiggins and moody to bring back a player that really moves the needle enough. moody’s value is that of a low level role player right now, and wiggins value is pretty neutral cause teams understand that he can be an all star level guy but he’s inexplicably playing like a g league guy despite having no major injuries. the warriors need to move kuminga to get back a good player, or at least sell a team on podz.

look this works, siakam, jakob poeltl, dennis schroder for cp3 wiggins, kuminga, moody 2 first, and two 2nd. if no kuminga can be moody and pod in there instead since they add up to about the same money for salary match.

That would mean you think Wiggins+ 1 1st is going to get you Poeltl AND Schroder.. that’s not happening. 2) That deal would have GS taking on an extra $8.5M in salary which they aren’t even allowed to do.

@@packers12to80they do TJD has been GREAT in his role and Looney gives u the same thing he’s given for years. Dray has been also great outside the incidents. Wiggins Klay and Kerr are the only reasons this team has been 🗑 with Klay getting out of being the reason bout 10-15 games.
