"Got drunk enough for 3..." Dang girl! This is the first time I hear a song from these dudes, and I like it. I feel like Rarity is singing this song, it's probably the voice. Nice glass cup too.
Damn, I LOVE this song. This and Fly Like You are probably my two favourites so far. There's such a strong musical-theatre vibe with the Wasteland Wailers' songs. I dunno if it's the slight echo on the vocals, the instruments, or what, but it's fantastically done.
You know, I might not be a fan of mlp... but dammit you bronies know how to make some good music. Definitely changed my opinion of the fandom. Please include this as a radio station for New Vegas. I'll pay you if I have to just please for the love of god make it happen!
I love it when artists do that detail. I don't even remember if the author of Fallout Equestria specified, but either I missed it or she didn't do a good job because it was always awkward imagining the ponies holding regular, human-guns in their teeth somehow.
@@InvaderGIR98 out of respect I tend to chuck pink eyes and project horizons into canon even though kkat said that shell neither disagree or confirm canon from other storys. But in both storys they specifically state "mouth grip" which although causes some head balance problems in my opinion, but non the less gives a great visual. I dont even remember why I said this but hey it's out there. Have a great day and have a bro hoof /)
@@Mar3eline Nah, magic for one part, and other guns could be put on saddlegun mounts. And to be fair I thought it was a 22. Pistol from New Vegas until I saw the rotating cylinder, it has the same profile as a 22. and everything.
I remember whenever I had to clean the head (bathroom) in navy boot camp I sung this, probably the one thing that kept me from going insane. Only side effect all my dreams were of littlepip but that's not a bad thing xD
Of my characters doing, like mundane things. Like cleaning revolver cylinder, greasing it up, replacing the spring, fixing the burn marks. God it’s satisfying as fuck to me.
Молодцы вы, что еще сказать? Бриттани снова на высоте, так же, как и звук. хоть и на игру особых надежд я не возлагаю, но вот песни с каждым разом покоряют новые высоты. Плюс один к годноте в плейлисте.
A new song, Awesome! This would fit well in a Nv type setting. Phenomenal work, like always. A big thank you to everyone involved. Keep up fighting the good fight. Btw. I tested Wave 4.5 and the progress you made is amazing. The only really annoying bug was that the audio stuttered during loading times. Also Little Pips is amazing to watch when you throw her of the map.
Excellence. Once again, excellence. This one is also really cool in that its a very different story from the other songs, with that same awesome flair. I'm going to end up listening to them all again for hours, aren't I?
I still think this version is better the one on spotify, the vocal bit at 1:40 just so much more beautiful and jazzy to me. A fantastic song, nonetheless.
[I haven't seen you for a week I'm worried but uh, where's the money? There's certainly no way you would... would ya?] You wouldn't dare to leave me No not at all I wasn't followed so please Return my call I doubled back, I knocked three times The door was open wide All the wool in our bed Sliced and turned outside You wouldn't dare to leave me Not with all I know Your mama's bar, your brothers trainyard Everywhere you'd go So I took a powder cross the tracks Found your family too When I asked if they'd seen ya All they said was "who?" Law on my tail I can smell when I've been framed So I took your picture knockin, and got a bunch of different names Heard the stories of the others you'd set up to take the fall And how they all looked just like me, guess that's why you didn't call I mighta believed that you got drunk and spilled All about our job, damn near got you killed I'd call it my mistake, find a safer place to hide It don't add up and I might be a fool Cause I never really had no special schoolin' But two and two sure don't make a five My head hunt starts tonight Lost the cops, found a dive, got drunk enough for three Cried the blues a bit too loud and got bounced to the street my tale of your two timing and the way that I was framed Won myself a helpful tip from one of your old flames Drank some coffee, cleaned my revolver, strapped it to my side I could have kissed the dame who told me exactly where you'd hide Slipped the window open, kicked your carcass out of bed Now you! Tell the truth! Or the next one's in your head You would not dare to leave me, no no not through that door The hot lead won't be whizzin by, you'll just hit the floor It was a job before the pleasure ride If you'd have shot straight and hadn't lied We'd split the take and then split for good But hey! Get back down! Understood? You would not dare to leave me and even if you do Hey, check out this pretty little wanted poster This fellow kinda looks like you I ripped your mug off the postman's wall Dropped em one of them anonymous calls So my aim is getting steady and my temp is getting warmer They say it's dead or alive, I'll make sure it's the former If you dare to leave me, if you dare to leave, choose wise Do you want a ball and chain around your ankles? Or one between your eyes? [Go on and leave. I dare ya.]
That's freakin awesome! The vocals, violins, piano, drums and everything in this song sound sooo heartfelt! It's truly one of the most beautiful song I've heard from the fandom. Also the lyrics are so strong! This piece gives me shivers everytime I listen to it, guys thank you sooo much for making this, you have my full gratitude! Cheers from cheesy Switzerland!
To my personal honest opinion I preferred this version over the 2017 update, now don't get me wrong I do like the 2017 update version, but the original sounds much better to me.
1:40 to 2:08, I have no idea why, but it sounds so much like "If I were a rich man" like holy smokes, man. Maybe that's just a common cliche in music and I'm ignorant to have not recognized it, but I feel like it's the exact same melody. Just compare the part to "I'd build a big, tall house with rooms by the dozen [...] And a one more leading nowhere, just for show". It's not identical, the Wailers have it turned up to eleven, but I still can hear it, and it's amazing. Don't listen to me, though, I'm musically illiterate so for all I know it could be just a hearing problem I didn't know I have. Or some sort of psychological thingie where I apply already known frameworks onto new experiences. Dunno. 10/10 song, anyway. Keep doing great.
just absolutely perfect. This gives me an idea. This could fit perfectly to a story or a fic that shows how a bounty hunter finds that her/his boy/girlfriend is a criminal that she/he's supposed to find. But love could care less about the others status. Then comes a montage showing each others career with clips of them doing a semi dance in a motel room between flashbacks. And then the final flashback leading to the moment where they find each others status. Flashback ends and they twirl and fall to the motelrooms bed. .................. Now i'm wishing that i would have skills and equipment to do that..... Oh well, one can imagine, right?
Thanks for all your support guys! We worked super hard on this one and we're thrilled with the initial response. Feedback in the comments is welcome. What do you want to hear more of? Less of? We're open to ideas and, always listening, and like the Overmare, always watching... Cheers -Yondy
Would love to hear more songs like Broken Wing Blues and Fly Like Me, that old lounge and blues style. Also some more upbeat songs like Step Around would be great.
Yondy Koh Yea pretty much, :P All your stuff is amazing. Can't really think of anything you've done I haven't enjoyed listening to. Outside of maybe the 80s remix of Fly Like Me, which I still liked it, it just doesn't flow with the rest of the stuff.
Yondy Koh No problem, I guess the easiest way to put is, just keep doing what you're doing, it's amazing. :) Really don't hear a lot of this kind of music anymore.
Thank you guys so much for the comments!! BTW, pretty please, for any derivative works, please use this version only: soundcloud.com/wasteland_wailers/dare-master --AJ / the Wasteland Wailers / TOmS
I really enjoyed it, and i liked that it was a bit longer than most of the songs before it. However it did have a very abrupt ending in my opinion, which may have been intentional to fit thematically.
There's actually a radio mod out for Fallout 4 that has several of their songs on it, so i can definitely say that they fit in very nicely with the original soundtrack.
so, I'm a gunsmith, and that's why I noticed... that revolver is hammerless...fun fact a mouth grip revolver is mechanically possible irl, just a REALLY bad idea if you like your teeth
Its supposed the gun has a little slate that goes to the roof of the mouth and absorbs the majority of the recoil. Also Ponies are sturdier than normal humans
I installed the mod in FO4 to have all these songs on a radio station without even realizing I was getting a FOE mod XD I just like playing with loads of modded radio stations
Oh my. Wow. That is one ticked off mare. Stinks to be that pony she singing about. May e that pp y will learn a thing or two. Excellent song. Thanx for sharing. Have an awesomely epic day.
