We recommend cleaning the entire system every time the filter is changed, which is every 2 months. Some customers clean it more often depending on the environmental factors affecting their system!
We recommend boiling the Mineral Stones for 1-2 minutes and then letting them air dry. If you're noticing your water is cloudy or has white deposits this is likely excess calcium in your water. To fix this, only place half of the Mineral Stones in your system after cleaning it!
