Tap water can contain many harmful contaminants such as chlorine, heavy metals, and forever chemicals. Our systems remove these contaminants and add back healthy minerals for healthier and better-tasting water!
I have the original system and have used it for 9 years now and will not use any other water!!!! I love it and this new one is sexy....I kinda a want to upgrade
@santeviawatersystem you do. Perhaps into 80+ when teeth naturally will weaken you don't need it as much. But below 60 I would highly recommend continuous intake. Not large intakes, but continuous.
Disappointed with the lid design of your current Mina pitcher. No matter how slow or fast I pour water onto the self closing lid, it does not push down for a second or two causing water to spill all over the pitcher. In addition, there is something wrong with your new clear Mina filters; I have to slam the pitcher onto the counter every single time I fill it up due to "air bubbles" in the filter. I never had this issue with the blue filters.
Sorry you're having these issues! The air bubbles in the filter is unfortunately a common issue and arises as the filter media settles inside the filter as its being used. As for the lid, we will pass on your feedback to our product design team!
@@santeviawatersystem but is it supposed to happen every time I refill the pitcher? This has happened with two clear filters, but never had this issue with the old blue filter.
Hello! I just bought mine. It says to condition the filter and run it under water for 3 mins and tap it to get out loose sediment in the filter. But then says also to run 2 tanks of water to condition it again? Seems overkill to me. Is it necessary? Water looks crystal clear to me with no sediments coming out
Hi there! Yes we do recommend doing this to ensure there are no sediments in the water. You can use the two tanks of water to water your plants so it doesn't go to waste!
Our Glass Water System uses our Canadian-made MINA Filter which isn't specifically formulated for fluoride removal but it does remove some, 40.5%. Our product design team is working on more filter options for the Glass Water System so keep an eye out! 👀
Our MINA Pitcher isn't specifically formulated for fluoride removal but it does remove some, 40.5%. If you're looking for more fluoride filtration our Gravity Water System removes 99.5% of fluoride! 🤩
Tap water can contain 80+ different contaminants including heavy metals, chlorine, and forever chemicals. Some tap water is better than others but there are still contaminants!
@@santeviawatersystem As opposed to what? Bottled water, that mostly comes from the same taps? Again, no Idea where you are and what the situation is there, but it's far from universal.
March 2024: Hello again Santevia. Why don't you read comments and respond to them? Does your filter remove nano and/or microplastics - yes or no. This is a very simple question.
The MINA Pitcher and Glass Water System remove microplastics larger than 0.3 microns in size, the Gravity Water System removes microplastics larger than 0.2 microns!
Clearly this is a waste of money. Not only can you do this with regular cloth, but adding extra minerals to water makes it hard, which is horrible for your skin
The ceramic and carbon balls in the Bath Filter remove 99.9% of chlorine and the maifan stones add back zinc and magnesium, which improves skin health and sensitive skin!
