thanks, Dan! By the way on the particular audio, your pre-countdown was perfect volume, but when you got to the actual story, it dropped dramatically and quality. It became very muddy.
The story itself is the same loudness, but it was recorded 6 years ago and has been remastered, edited etc and I've attempted, like with all my other remastered stories, to make it as close sounding to my current recordings. This was the last of about 50 stories I've been remastering since 2019 that needed to be remastered, so all my stories from 2007-2018 have now been improved...

So not a legitimate comment, but the type of comment I have to delete pretty much within a minute or two of launching any new video...
Agree! I couldn't even listen to the actual story the quality was that awful. Rather listen to the older version by far. I realize Dan's trying his best so thank you for your efforts however, I would suggest maybe doing a vote to see how many of your listeners feel this way and if its even worth remastering🤷♀️. Sorry, but this one was a hard NO for me 👎

Dan, I have listened to you a good 5 nights a week for years now. You have been a place of peace and a blessing. Only thing I wish is that it was easier to find the magical stories. I much prefer them to the everyday relax ones. I've heard a caterpillar stories but maybe some stories from other bug perspectives. Maybe a firefly or ladybug. A chameleon would be cool. There are several of your stories around 2018 or 19 I wish I had recorded. One was walking into a painting and the adventure that ensued. Another was a huge library with ancient books. There was another with someone going on a surprise vacay. Still another walking through a forest with the crackling leaves beneath your feet. I never heard the end of those stories 🤣🤣
