I think another important thing is that during this process you have to relax your muscles particoularly of your shoulders and of your face. These tip will help to drop the resistance to the feeling.

@@mariarotaru9766 hi, Lester's student was Hale Dwoskin, who's been teaching the technique for, a long time, maybe 50 years? Lots of videos here. Look up Release with Hale Dwoskin on RU-vid Or, the Sedona Method on RU-vid.(specifically with Hale) . . . The essence of it is, allowing whatever is appearing, as your experience, and first allowing it, welcoming it, then releasing it. It doesn't matter what you're experiencing, it's to be incorporated into your usual day to day life. And there's no "have to" about it. All your choice : ) Check back if you want, enjoy. I first started doing it 20 years ago, and again now : )
