Be not the doer. I've had experiences with this - days where everything gets into flow, one thing to the next, no effort. It's like the gears of the universe automatically line up and carry or guide you wherever you wish. Being not the doer is total alignment with yourself.
Thank you for uploading all these beautiful talks by Lester Levenson. His teachings, the Sedona Method and the Release Technique stand at the base of my journey and hearing him talk about AGFLAP, the topstate and attachments & aversions increased the process just by means of memory. There's so much love embedded in his words ❤
Thanks a lot for uploading!!!! I have been looking for the next part of the way series which is super great with clear sounds n live talk....THANKS!!!!
Once you have released some emotional burden, you get freer. In this 'released state' you dig for more. Beware! The emotions that will come up then may be heavier and darker. After a while you will really need the assist of a Guru. Hope this helps. Best wishes, Attila
Q: How do you get into the place of not being the doer? Lester: Me? I just say I'm not the doer and that's it. Q: Not you. How do I do it? Lester: Practice. Of course, the very best way, as I've said before, is releasing. You're released. You're not the doer. (Laughing) And it bothers you sometimes! So, your question is: What does Lester mean by releasing. Releasing is a technique that, after his death, was taught by Hale Dwoskin and Lawrence Crane. Personally, I prefer the latter. I have posted a summary of the technique and a link to Larry's Abundance Course Workbook at inscribedonthebelievingmind.blog/2018/08/25/53/
@@dianabarahona2233 Wow, you've made a very informative website. Could you describe the difference between the Sedona Method and the Release Technique? I thought they were more or less the same.
