Nothing wrong with not knowing the answers, it's the absurd answers some contestants give, so don't beat yourself up unless forinstabnce you said west was opposite of north..
It's easy to know the answer when we're sitting at home watching this on our phones but when you're under pressure and a time limit your thought process goes all over the place
Frankly, that one guy’s answer of “Petra” for the clue about the Flintstones’ daughter isn’t stupid at all. That could easily be a Flintstones character, as Petra could be a pun on “petrify”. It’s also a girl’s name, so I personally think that answer was pretty clever, assuming that guy didn’t know The Flintstones.
Herbal tea is the funniest, Brian obviously thought Anne meant tea not t, and he's done some pretty weird association there, I mean it's so surreal soldiers burrowing through a nice lemon and chamomile tea bag lol. I think some of the wrong answers are nerves, not necessarily stupidity, when you are put on the spot like that, easy for me to answer all these questions at home, but even me, with my good general knowledge and degree etc, under the spotlight I bet I'd make a few trip ups.
I agree. At least he understood the question, he just simply didn't know the answer and he took a shot. Nothing wrong with it and a good way to play this game to be honest.
You know shows like this purposely insert less than intelligent people into the game not only to reduce the potential earnings, but also add a bit more entertainment for the audience

I remember one answer that really cracked me up. It was to the question of a 2003 film "Lost in..." and the guys just shrugged his shoulders and answered "Wales". That was amazing.

A lot of these were plain embarrassing, especially the ones with 2 answers Many of them were close, in the right ballpark at least Some are just a bit harsh to call "stupid", some genuine guesses in here you can't fault tbf (most of these are ones I didn't know either)
Some is those were unfair, like the fact that we could see done was capitalised, but you don't know that verbally, & seeing as bug could be anything, they're being a bit dubious
