For me the weakest mon has the ability slow start, item lagging tale, for moves Only final gambit with 1 hp

I'd've gone for a combination of Ditto, Shedinja, & Regigigas Ditto's only 1 Move, Shedinja's only 1 HP, and Regigigas's Slow Start

Have it so it has no zeros everything zero defense zero attack zero special defense zero everything but make it so the only thing I can do is heal the opponent if it ever gets lower down to 1HP the opponent will heal back up because of the ability of the Pokémon that you’re using which I think it should just be anything heart emoji that’s it that’s the worlds weakest Pokémon
