I lived in Manchester in 1988. I was 21 and out most nights of the week. This album meant a lot to me then. I can’t remember why, but it’s still damn good.

It's the sneer and absolute loathing in the last line that always gets me. "Kevin" pronounced so it rhymes with hunt.
