Birds Part 1 was both a threat and a promise. He made a career of the after effects lol. Birds Part 2 is my favorite of the two. Though I know he says she's Pleading, it sounds like he's saying she's Bleeding. Dark song overall. It's still up to everyone's own interpretation.

So, Rolling Stone is actually an open letter to us, the fans. He predicted his success. Gotta remember, he was 20 at this time, and he didn't show his face. He was just a voice and maybe a silhouette. Take that info and relisten.

Thursday as a whole, I'm hearing is more and more growing as a favorite. HoB is my personal favorite, and I read that Abel prefers this one over this and the next one Echoes Of Silence. So the second half of Gone is a freestyle. Maybe the whole song. Either way. He was legit Gone. Parts of the song he didn't know what he was saying in the booth. Some of his words are slurred too.

Gone is 7 mins of the Weekend being on drugs, the idea with Thursday was to prove that HOB was not a fluke and his team can just make hits with ease. He's said in interviews he doesnt even know what he really said at some points, they just recorded it in one take, also XO is the Weeknds Clique and now label similar to Drakes OVO, XO stood for XTC and OxyCodone

to put the birds 2 beginning into perspective (since you rewound back to the beginning of the song) when it starts and the girl is crying(she loads the gun) then she cocks it back (as she's still crying) and as the beat starts is when the gun actually fires.
