Love the drum'n'bass feel of this song! Hope you like it, thanks for watching! Bass: Sterling by Music Man Ray35 Audio Interface: Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 My Patreon: / juliaplaysgroove IG: / juliaplaysgroove_official
I remember watching some of her first videos and thinking that I really hope she sticks with it. Well, she stuck with bass and she stuck with her channel and she's always improving and tackling challenging projects. She's made of something; she's a winner.
The only time I've come close is videos like this when there isn't actually any interesting bass to begin with, and Julia just improvises all over it. It's not really so much of a cover as it is her just doing what she does best. That's not a knock on Julia at all, far from it. I just don't enjoy it as much, because the song itself sucks without the good bass.
how does a Julia Song works? First we have a calm beginning and we are allowed to listen to the song itself. The come some first extra notes added, that's like Julia calling to us: "are you ready?!", "ARE YOU READY?!!!" And then comes the transition to music heaven and Julia and all we are grooving, were no time and space exist, just music.
It's the way she increases the beauty of the song by adding those pretty elements which makes her stand out so much. Keep going Julia !! You're slaying it :)💖
Aside from the fact everything else about Julia’s grooving is so awesome, can we just admire the fact she hearts almost every comment on her videos? I know it helps her channel but that takes some dedication.
terrific! your feel and execution is on, nothing new, you always are! wonderful sound and your chording and all together structure is wonderful!! have goosebumps up and down my arms listening to you!!!
Once again Julia found her "groove". I wait with anticipation for the flourishes, and embellishments. Well done!!! ❤️👍😊 Her "Music Man " never disappoints. 👏👏👏
I didn’t really care for the song I honestly tuned it out and just listened to Julia play. She’s that good where you can make a bad song great! Always entertained by you Julia!
Julia gets better and better. The change I see and hear is an ease in her playing that shows her skill and confidence is rising. She owns the pocket. Ooo, I luv her playing. Play on. Play on.
I’ve been playing bass three times as long as you’ve been alive and I’ve achieved about 1/2 of your ability. Your shoulders tell when you’re in the groove. Beautiful tone. Whatever way you grow in experience and technique, I hope you’ll stay loose!
I always like your bass covers 😊👍. By following your channel, I get aware of songs I otherwise would never have heard of . This one is a beautiful song you chose for covering. Thx for sharing 😊
