I remember asking and begging my Grandpa not to sell the house in Naco. He didn't listen to me and he sold the house. I do have pics of me in the house and I treasure them
I understand if he needed the money but if he did not need the money and justa wanted to get rid of it, considering that property tax in DR is mostly nonexistent and today’s added value…. Ouch bro, that could have been a nice extra income source

There are no plans from the government to change the order of things. People in La Yuca seem to be happy and people from Naco seldom mention them. There seems to be no issue other than economic status disparity
Strange ?? If You were asked which was first : the egg or the hen ..what would You answer ?? ...in this context***** La yuca exists first than Naco ****Naco was just forests which sorrounded it !!! with cows and all those things .😂
there are a few water themed park, with Dolphins and things, and also Adventure/nature parks like Scape Park in Punta Cana. There are little mechanical parks here and there, but Nothing like a true full-on amusement theme park like disney or universal though (there used to be one call Katmandu but it closed down recently)
