Greetings and welcome to another Cheapo Phone Review. Could be iWish because I bought this off eBay but it's fine to just call it as it is.
So this was found on a random browse through eBay and I thought "oh that would be interesting to review" but I didn't quite commit to buying it so I saved it in my watchlist. A day later the seller sent me an offer of 20% off (was $50 now $40) so I figured I'd accept it and show you all this device.
It stuck out to me because it's a "P-SERLES". I've looked at the X-SERLES Phone before but P-SERLES seems exciting!
If it has that branding on it then it is DEFINITELY a WELCOME and that is what we want to see.
Good to finally be back looking at a proper WELCOME device, I feel it has been a while and I hope you all enjoy this one :)
