You work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K in a meme coin from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires.❤
I always wanted to trade crypto for a long time but the volatility in the price has been very confusing to me although I have watched many RU-vid videos about it but still find it difficult to understand.
It makes sense that BTC and crypto are of helping to regulate, rather than pretend it won't ever happen. The big institutions getting In is the catalyst that will laugh us made they grow used to it becomes a nonissue usually because of their fears never materialize. And benefits they were unaware of before turn out to be more beneficial
I've been in touch with a financial advisor ever since I got into the market. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending Crypto, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over overboard and been making about $1 500 bi-weekly, What I'm trying to say is the 5% of traders in the world that are consistently profitable are very reserved, they are just random/lowkey people no one even expects. My account manager chooses entry and exit orders
That’s not a “maintenance issue” or anything. I believe Entwistle played it that way. The man was not a beginner. He dialed that height in. But Yes. Quite high.
The one thing I've learned after watching this show for years and years is that you never tell them how much you want. Especially if they're gonna have to call in an expert
One thing I noticed is that very often, when they give their asking price. The expert comes in and appraises the items $100 less than the sellers asking price..
@@Ryzanu John has 20 of them. There's 20 of them out there. When was the auction? If the auction was less than a few years ago and they sold beetween 5-8k at the auction, then i think the price would be about fair. because if they were worth more, they'd got more at the auction.
The strings on that bass look a 1/2 mile off the fingerboard. 😮 Glad I got to see The Who in Vegas a couple years ago. Maybe their last show in the US.
So, the bass auctions in 2003 for nearly 5000 British Pounds, Around $8000 at the time, and today values at $8000, with inflation, about half of what it was worth 20 years ago! I think someone's calculations are off somewhere! This one needs to be revisited!
Well, did Entwistle play it on stage with the Who? That would jack up the value tremendously. Otherwise, a lot of musicians have dozens of guitars, that are not used in music creation, and thus aren't worth much. I couldn't find a picture of him playing this.
a standard late 80's buzzard is worth 5000 - 8000. that one being a February of 86, i think the price he was asking wasn't bad, considering its condition and it being owned by jon. high action but thats an easy fix, bridge saddles were way high, lower them and tighten the truss rod, and it would be good to go.
That Warwick was owned by John ,,,, but no chance it was ever used in a gig because it's not exotic, doesn't fancy fret markers, it was not production level, it's a mechanical try-out... no photos ... there's a reason it was $6k US at auction. And for what possible reason will any bass from John's collection increase? If it's something already rare, lets say a Rick lightshow, that thing's already going for far more than typical... why will it go up any more than it ordinarily would?
I agree . This bass was an early build - but not a final “ stage “ used instrument . John would eventually take his buzzard design to Status Graphite .
right like the 4 band members signed led zeppelin I , but one signature is on the front .. sounds like a stupid excuse to me , people know what fender is , and strato..caster?
Calling 'Cory" by his name all the time doesn't make you his friend or get you a good deal. Sounds desperate and annoying. Also, this is the best 'expert' ever!!-- Doesn't waste time with a history lesson you can get from Wikipedia; he actually has knowledge!! Good job 'expert' ;)
@@chad017 I was there, I bought a shark lamp... I also ended up with John's rainbow shirt which was a part of a wardrobe collection, which went for too much for me at the time, but I was lucky enough to come to an agreement with the buyer and just bought that shirt from him. I have a copy of the auction list somewhere, but just from my recollection at the time, the shark lamp was all I could afford! So based on that I assumed the bass guitar went for much more...
Hello Pawn Star, I have this coin. Below is what I know about it, and I'm selling it if it's worth something good. 27mm x 23mm 1.5mm weight: 5.7g, bronze. I would like to send you pictures.
Ask for an offer - then relay that offer to 'the friend' Friend comes in at half the amount asked (which is pawn shop standard) So , basically its worth 15K and START your offer at 8K.
No, the $8000 value is probably right. Look at the paperwork, at auction and after fees he paid $4900 in 2003. 20 were made there’s no proof John Entwistle ever played that bass. If it had been a 70’s stage or studio used bass then it would probably be $15000+.
@@Okthen-jc2yinope the joke was stupid it was a take off of the pez community thing. I wonder are y'all this slow and remedial in your daily life or do you just save it up for pawn Stars comments section?
