yes, 'Breaking up Moscow empire is the only way to end its imperialism', And I don’t mean Putin´s imperialism, but Moscow imperialism in general , from Solzhenitsyn and Brodsky to Yeltsin and Dugin.

you just need to follow the oil/gas transit money, and superyacht building industry, follow the money trail to see who is benefiting, and the answer is - too many, that is why it has been going to poorly for Ukraine, because everyone in that chain, and especially the ones now involved in circumventing sanctions, want for this to go on as long as possible

I kind of got the opposite impression. He’s a little bit vague and unspecific, speaking in generalities and what you’re calling “common sense” to me seem like fairly obvious observations almost anyone could make. In other words he’s not proving to me that he has the expertise he says he has. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t have it. Just that it’s not on display here.

Thing is, it doesn't matter anymore if the "Putin's men" know who they are and get paid by Kremlin. There are open useful-fools who just will take the contrarian stance to whatever foreign policy ruling party pursues like Farage and MAGA wing Kremlin's sell-outs. Many on the far right will swallow their covert propagandist distributed Kremlin's "western" narratives hook, line and sinker. And then there are even more obviously incentified propagandists - not holding or competing for political power- which might or might not have a deal with the enemy. I have one name from UK, a growimg influencer and far-right ultranationalist activist who defends everything Russia does in very low key and constantly attacks "the woke west", implying that NATO are the baddies. I know there are an order of magnitude more like him in US and elswhere, but this one is a special puece of work. Wouldn't be nothing new if he wasn't a legit ex-RAF fighter pilot. Despite that he tries to undermine the very RAF and military reputation, credibility, command and does everything in his powers to keep young blood from joining any branch of British military, while openly condemning any support to Ukraine. He has gained quite a large following at least on YT, with making new hatemongering/ fearmongering propagandist videos every few days and promptly deleting all comments who disagrees to his thinly-veiled fascist pro-Kremlin efforts. I could bet my arse he is a low key propagandist plant and likely an active information agent, fitting their usual methodics and characteristics (like being a total brainwashed dickhead and extreme-right nut) and his name is Tim Davies. His channel's name is as stupid as his false arguments, called "Fast jet performance". If you see trough that dumb bs, just go and report the chanell in general without giving him too much watchtime. He chooses his words so carefully and doesn't say the quiet part out loud on most videos, but the trend and goals shine trough. So an ideologically radicalised adversary asset at best and further a potential covert info-agitator - sleeper agent. Keep an eye on that nut.

Colonel Grant impresses with his insights into military hierarchy. He emphasizes that modern Western hierarchical structures are based on initiative and motivation, extending to the lowest ranks. In contrast, the post-Soviet military hierarchy relies solely on control and orders, with no trace of individual responsibility and commitment to the greater good. For the first time, I learned that higher ranks must be kept open for future perspectives, allowing military strategies and plans to be realized. This approach is completely absent in the post-Soviet military. This explains why the attack tactics of the Russian armed forces appear so uncreative and inefficient. They continuously resort to the same "meatwave" attacks without adequate equipment and without any social cohesion within the ranks - all just to capture a few fields. In stark contrast, the Ukrainian defense impresses me with its initiative, creativity, and innovation, especially through precise drone strikes in the Russian hinterland targeting strategic and energy infrastructure. Finally, I found Grant’s description of how he uncovers Russian spies very informative. Thanks to the Kyiv Post for this highly insightful interview.

Definitely. But worst of all, Red Swamp will soon become POTUS again. In these very turbulent times, especially for Western democracies in the EU and the SAD when media cartels report on daily events using phrases like "WW3, tactical nuclear attack, number of troops coming" and similar phrases that are heard or used more and more often. Donald Trump is most valuable asset of Russians intelligence services. Donald Trump has been admiring the dictators, he calls his friends for years, while at the same time sending letters asking for "increased presidential powers"... Of course, without the obligation to account to any legal authority within the USA. If he wins power, he will become dictator and will be responsible for starting a civil war in the USA.

Oh what makes you say that? Is it the 888 days of him doing everything in russia's favor? Is it him being one of two remaining dictators in Europe, unfortunately in the EU? What gave it away? It must've been some hidden detail that no one has noticed so far that took it over the edge. Was it when he stopped humanitarian aid to Ukraine because there was no one in his palace to change his dookie diapers at the time, making him a little upset? Or military aid needed for self-defense? Could it perhaps be that he recognizes every dictator as a friend, including trump, and finally maduro, too? He might be a bit sus, yeah.

That reminds me of when the full invasion of Ukraine in ‘22 happened, I was dumbfounded that the Kherson bridge hadn’t been blown up type second the invasion started thus saving all the territory north of Kherson. I thought to myself that sounds like a military 101 course! Come to find out that bridge had been set to explode sometime after 2014. As Glen said, it came out that the person in charge of that was, as Glenn said, a delayer! The person in charge was a Russian sympathizer or even agent and didn’t blow the bridge on purpose so the Russians could breeze right on in from the south! And the US had warned Zelensky and the top brass in Ukraine that their SBU was full of Ukrainians who were working for Russia or Russian sympathizers!

British theorists could not comprehend the loss of empire after ww2, they created a theory that ALL multi-national states HAVE TO split up. so losing colonies is not a shame for them. in fact USSR and then Russia FOUND WORKING GOVERNING FORMATS to foster EQUALITY. So there is no sign of splitting. in opposite , small states are asking to join. combinations of the self-ruling of each nation and might of a large state. they use THE BEST of each side. Britain already lost ww3, which will end in EQUALITY being the world order, just as Britain lost ww2 separating from colonies as self-determonation became world order. Very interesting and well explained, the difficulties of reform and workings of the Soviet style military. He's not clear about it, but the problem gets compounded by the general style of management in the rest of each country's society. And in this respect, there is even a difference in between for example the USA and Swedish management styles. There is much less hiearchy in Swedish worklife in general, than in the USA. Americans coming to work in Sweden are baffled by the seemingly informal and relaxed work culture. So as professor Justin Bronk points out, the Swedish Gripen fighter jet system, would be very difficult to implement in other NATO countries. The Gripen fighter system is designed for dispersed operations on any strip of highway in Sweden, and is serviced by a six member conscript crew, and one professional mechanic. The thing is every person handles a multitude of roles, enabling making a fighter ready for a new sortie (rearming, refueling etc) in less than 10 minutes! (Theoretically, it's supposedly possible to do in 6 minutes, but in practice crews can manage in 8 minutes. Crews aparently take pride in setting new records...) But prof. Justin Bronk sayes that would never be possible with another NATO ground crew. People aren't even allowed to do things like arming, without detailed orders and someone supervising. Whereas in Sweden people are expected to manage themselves to a higher degree, than in for example the USA. It would be very interesting to hear more about how command and management is evolving in Ukraine. As I understand it, but I obviously don't know, at the basic level on the front, people have developed a much more independent problem solving oriented command style, than the old Soviet style detailed micro-management, and this in turn can clash with management style at higher levels, where old Soviet military culture still can be found.

Glen's Venn-diagram stretches into the corporate world. It touches on narcissistic tendencies in business, especially in keeping power and control. This hinders the growth of organisations from moving from smaller business into larger ones. Looking a micromanaging instead of letting professionals do their thing or classic wag the dog scenarios. Where support functions for the main goal becomes the focus. Very interesting clip, I di not know which turn it would take just by looking at the video title.

I am a US Veteran. His explanation of the US advancement system vs Russian explains so much. Also research pre war Russian Recruit Training. It was all about abuse of those below you.

Fascinating. The distinction you make between western and eastern armies explains the chaos of Russia's initial invasion. Less so their recent gains. Are they learning now, and changing their structures?

I'm only 4:30 minutes in - care to name any German NATO leaders who recently lobbied for the release of Russian dissidents in the prisoner exchange, and zero Ukrainian heroes?

his alarm bells much have been going 9 to the dozen when the tory party did the same thing for over a decade, while actively enabling Russians and honouring them too. but they were handy to keep the torys in power, so they had to let a couple in.

That's exactly what NATO countries do in African, south american and asian countries to destabilize them. I do wonder though who taught whom.

I'm thankful if it's fact that Russia is in Europe as this brings a balance and helps to keep the greedy western world war mongers honest. Peace.
