@@Alvah707 there are different types of caviar. Sturgeon(American if I remember correctly ) is the expensive stuff. Cuz its so hard to artificially farm them. So they had to kill almost all wild Sturgeon.
My grandmother roast the cacao seeds. And grind it with a grinder. Then she will use a small rolling pin to roll on the grind seeds. Until it turns to thick liquid dark chocolate then . Let it cool for 24hrs for it to become solid. . . . She will mix it on a rice to make a chocorice. . . The dark chocolate is called "Tableya" in our country.

I’m the 1 out of ten people who doesn’t like chocolate, and no I’m not lying. How do you know? I’m allergic to dairy (Being allergic to dairy dose not mean lactose intolerant, they are different things and I hate when people mix them up)

While Being Allergic if you drink any type of dairy you will get itchy bumps all over you your throat will swell up, your eyes will get watery and you will start sneezing nonstop, and in some cases death 💀. I’ve been allergic to dairy since I was a baby and I almost died because since my mom didn’t know she gave me a milk formula and I got very red and I couldn’t breathe so she took me to the hospital.

When I was a kid, I love reaping this fruit from my grandma's farm. I ate the sweet part and I threw away the seed😲. What a kid. The chocolate made by the seeds.
Unfortunately we human's learn to turn anything healthy into unhealthy just by adding too much salt sugar or spices to it, Its our tastes buds that lead to a unhealthy life style.
Here in the Philippines We suck the seed of the Ripe cacao and after that we Dry the seed in the sun and we Mill it and make a Champorado or a substitute for cofee. But there as shown you didn't even suck or taste the cacao seed and that's a big waste for us Filipinos specially to us Province people or "Probinsyano's". But I can understand that this is a factory and it takes time sucking all of the seeds.

Well of course it turned out well it's his chocolate. Of coarse on camera that belongs to a well known show will he say great things about it. Even a bad show is still a camera to get publicity.
