Well here we have the traditional rock candy, sold often in lots of coastal towns e.g. Brighton and Blackpool hence the name Brighton Rock or Blackpool Rock. Crystallised sounds really cool though!

The meanings are different between the two countries, it can happen a lot, chips for you are what British call crisps, chips for British are what you call french fries :)

Riley Summers as a person from the video (that ugly guy with black hair) who made the entire batch I can ensure it turner out just fine :) And I can partially agree with the white colouring part - the batch was 12kg (+4kg of glucose) and as you can see the whole thing was done only by using hands, no machines included. Adding white colouring helps a lot with such large amounts, but indeed - we could have stretched it without it too :)

we dont call it rock candy anyway, the word candy is seldom used in the uk, most of the time we just say rock.
