You ever come across a trailer and think. Oh. Wow. That's me for this. Did all the studios come together and decide to release all the trailers recently? I'm not complaining don't get me wrong... but still. Damn this is good.
I’m hoping this is somewhere in the style of The Iron Giant and Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. Based on the trailer it feels like that style could work.
Dreamworks just sent a RU-vid apology video 💀 No but seriously this looks amazing, a book adaptation that looks like the Bad Guys? This is gonna be amazing!
Story takes place after Pixar's Wall-e, where all humans died 5 years later because of the sicknesses they're immunity system couldnt take down (trust me bro)
@@missplayer30 Obviosuly the smell of the dead bodies made the make-up bots go wild, so this one here took all the matching parts out of dead robots and escaped
I saw this trailer in the theaters while watching Kung Fu Panda 4. It was more captivating and emotional than the entire film. The preview was a bit longer than the trailer on RU-vid. And It felt VISCERAL. Being in the theaters made it all the more amazing, seeing the beautiful animation, I couldn’t stop gushing over it in my head. And the music, the visuals and the tiny bit of dialogue, I was nearly sent to tears. And I haven’t cried from emotion in almost 2 years.
Roz stood on the peak and watched the sun sink behind the ocean. She watched shadows slowly spread over the island and up the mountainside. She watched the stars come out, one by one, until the sky was filled with a million points of light. It was the first night of the robot’s life. She activated her headlights, and suddenly bright shafts of light were beaming out from her eyes and illuminating the whole mountaintop. Too bright. So she dimmed them. Then she turned them off and sat in darkness and listened to the chorus of nighttime chirps. After a while, our robot’s computer brain decided it was a good time to conserve energy. So she sat and anchored her hands to the rocks, her nonessential programs switched off, and then, in her own way, the robot slept
Prince of Egypt is a film based of the Bible in the Old Testament on the story of Moses released in spring of 1998. It’s a very beautifully animated movie that many animation lovers recommend.
Watching the trailer for the first time made me tear up a little, it’s just so pretty!! It truly looks like its going to wreck me with its emotional journey and characters, and even soundtrack and animation. I am so ready for it to be released come fall
Me personally- I love this. I can just tell off the trailer alone that a lot of heart and passion was thrown into this movie. I have a very low bias towards movie sequels unless I REALLY care about the franchise. For example, I love kung fu panda, but the 4th trailer didn’t do anything for me. I love cars- but even tho cars 2 wasn’t that good in the eyes of the community, the trailer for the 3rd movie hooked me. I did not care for puss in boots the last wish up until I had seen footage and knew it was a must watch
Cars 2 was unique just because they went something different internationally doesn't mean it's bad, now that Cars 3 was how some of those community wanted lets leave Cars 2 alone.
I love this trailer. I’m looking forward to seeing this movie. It’s gonna make me cry, a lot, but I’ll enjoy it. Also I’m glad you gave WALL-E from WALL-E a mention. That is my favorite movie about my favorite robot. I bet if WALL-E and Roz met they would be great friends. I just hope Eve doesn’t get jealous of Roz. If anything she and WALL-E would be more like siblings. Roz I’m looking forward to seeing you.
I hate to admit it, even though I love Disney's Wish and I thought their animation was great, but Disney needs to try harder with their future hybrid animated films! Maybe ditch the watercolors style and try something else like that Paperman and Feast technique.
Yeah. We're getting a Paramount Transformers Optimus Prime centered animated film set in the style of Spider-Verse and TMNT: MM. I'm skeptical and didn't like TMNT at all. Also, Rise of the Beasts proves that they can't handle live action. Not sure.
The moment this trailer came out and I watched it, I immediately decided this was the movie I'd use my cinevoucher on. Sure the voucher expires in 2027, but I can't imagine there being anything I'd want to see in cinemas more than this. Lilo and stitch is already one of my all-time favourite movies, and I love HTTYD (which is also based on a book) so i have high hopes that this movie will not disappoint. The trailer has already made me feel real emotion and the trailer gives a good idea of the direction the plot will go in after the robot befriends the animals.
The trailer looks good and I'm looking forward to the movie. But I'm worried about the release date. It's coming out at the end of September. I truly think mid-August where there's more kids out of school would've been a better date. Also, the animated Transformers movie is releasing mid-September. If that pops off, The Wild Robot will be in trouble. Especially with a lot of films geared at adults coming out in September through November. Families are very selective with which film they will go see and if Transformers One grabs their attention first. I'm worried how much The Wild Robot will have left. Because if we want more films like this, the box office has to be really good.
i get wanting a lack of dialogue, but as someone who read the book, it really needs dialogue. So yes more dialogue free movies or movies with less dialogue should be made but not this one. I think there is a way it could have lots of moments without dialogue and just tell the stories other ways, but definitely a good amount of talking
I should remind you, reader, that Roz had no idea how she had come to be on that island. She didn’t know that she’d been built in a factory and then stored in a warehouse before crossing the ocean on a cargo ship. She didn’t know that a hurricane had sunk the ship and left her crate floating on the waves for days until it finally washed ashore. She didn’t know that she’d been accidentally activated by those curious sea otters. As the robot looked out at the island, it never even occurred to her that she might not belong there.
