A good guy needs a bad guy. Here's the best (fairly obvious), the second best (somewhat obvious), and my picks for the best baddies. Who are yours?

Michael Dunn refused to let his dwarfism or the perceptions of others get in the way. By the way, he's a great singer. I've never forgotten him.

The Wild Wild West. The best example of a Western meets James Bond meets Science Fiction. There will never be another like it.

@@catman8965 I think that the B&W episodes were a bit more serious, I've never seen the earliest episodes. Only the syndicated re runs long ago. What I've seen I have found hilarious , but from what I've read in the comments some people took the show pretty serious. There were definitely a lot of humorous moments that weren't typical slapstick throw pie in the face that people seem to associate with comedy. More a Monty Python, but even less obvious. Yes Ross Martin really made the show for me

@@godetonter4764 I remember Robert Conrad spoke about choreographing the fight scenes. So sometimes I think about them as a dance. LOL😉

I just read the other day that Michael Dunn had an IQ of 178. He was a genius in real life. He was always my favorite growing up watching Wild Wild West.

Faustina had one of the most well elaborated plan of the whole serie, imagine her teaming up with Loveless in an episode that could be called The Night Of The Doctors!

My 6th favorite show of the 60,s. Next to Combat, Star Trek, Fugitive, Dark Shadows and Twilight Zone. Today,s T.V. is garbage. I was a little kid in the early, mid 70,s. My mom loved Micheal Dunn,s singing. R.I.P. Micheal Dunn, Robert Conrad.

Were Michael Dunn and Bob Conrad friends in real life?
@breesco
@breesco 2 года назад
Not to my knowledge; Dunn was always working -- on the stage in NY, traveling to other countries, and in Hollywood. He and Jim just didn't have a lot of time together. Near as I can tell, Mr. Dunn was a very likable guy, who was determined to not let his dwarfism ruin his life. He died in the middle of a filming of a movie in London (not literally, though I suspect it's how he'd have liked to go out -- in about 50 years :-)
