Wilderness SP is where my family and I discovered the North Country Trail in 2015! This opened the door to so many adventures since then. ❤

It looks like I may have missed a few videos. I've been relocating and setting up a new house 1200 miles away from my other home. I hope to have time this week to catch up on what I missed in the past 3 weeks. Great video, even if you weren't prepared for the hike 🤷‍♂️🤪. Always, always bring foot ware of some sort. Especially if it's a place you haven't hiked before. 😊

I was so bummed to see rain in the opening shot. It's pretty to watch in the video but was hoping the weather would improve for you. That beach area near the water is just beautiful.

What an odd looking flower the Dune Tansy is. They are Mrs. Lumberjack approved. This video dropped recently so I was very surprised to see you in shorts and barefoot. This park definitely looks like a neat place. The makinaw bridge is on my list of things to see in Michigan. The Michigan high point is in the UP so I'm always curious to see UP content as I feel its one of the more unique and unexplored area of the country. Bummer about the rain, but at least it waited until you were back at camp this time.

I just can’t wait to go to Michigan! This place looks pretty cool, so I’ve added it to our list of potential stops. I like the idea of dark sky’s and checking out some stars. Elk, wolves and such would be cool to see as well! What’s the water like that time of year? Warm enough to swim?

Thanks my man for stopping by as always, it was a great park Hoffmaster and Leelanau I liked slightly better (Leelanau comes out in two weeks) the dark skies were dark with rain clouds while I was there haha, as for the weather in July it was in the 70's-80's the water there was swimmable though. Thanks for stopping by and get that Dolly Sods trip figured out me and Smoke are ready to go!
