Delightful! Is this a relative? I have not heard of the singer. I do know the song, however. It is true that Boston composer Gustavus Tuckerman wrote a setting of the Longfellow poem in 1885. This is not that setting but a later one by H. H. Nelson, which was published in 1897 and recorded by Norman Allin, among others. Good wishes, James Whitehead
