My wife and I stayed at Alona Beach in 2016. There was a great off-site restaurant named Trudy's. They made amazing food, as well as a great Mango Shake. I hope they didn't close during COVID.
While we didn’t stay at Hennan Alona, we did enjoy the breakfast and dinner buffet at Seabreeze Cafe. Hennan Premiere wasn’t yet open in January so it was really nice to get a peek at it in the video. Thanks for another great review video Rob!
Finally they are all up and running, nice. Premier looks nice, been to the Alona one when it first opened 4-5yrs ago. Time to check back this September . Thx for sharing.
Thanks for this Rob! We stayed at Henaan Tawala last August and loved it! Beautiful rooms, swim up bar, great bar food, friendly staff and their buffet for breakfast was by far our favorite of all the places we stayed! We tried the dinner buffet at Henaan Alona but didn’t care for the food or the service. Alona beach was beautiful!! Thanks for all your videos! We’ll be back to Cebu, Bohol and maybe Boracay next time! 😊

Great reviews of the three, I agree with your ratings. I was in Bohol in 2019 and I remember seeing and admiring the Alona Beach property. As I mentioned on another of your videos, I'm booked at the Premier Coast Resort. But to be honest, I thought it was Alona Beach, not realizing there are multiple locations, lol. I'm still pleased with my selection after seeing your review.
Been to Bohol twice, stayed in Henann Tawala May 2023, choose because it was the newer resort, food and room excellent, only downside was being returned to the ferry by the Henann minibus, the driver stole 500 cigarettes, we were the only ones on the minibus then, my wife realised we had left them on the minibus, rang the hotel, wife was informed that he was waiting at the ferry for other guests, my wife found the minibus within 5 minutes and the cigarettes had gone, obviously he had hid them, driver was red faced and I wish we had pursued this, so BE CAREFUL. Hotel Fili and Best Western both good Hotels in Cebu
i do like all the Henanns there, you know what you are going to get when you stay there. I'm not going to comment on the cigarettes since I dont know the full story. I like the Fili in Cebu, I'm looking forward to when they open the NuStar Hotel part.

Thanks for the presentation. Henann does it right. Definitely Henann Alona for me. I pretty much have OMAD at dinner and only have breakfast every other day just so I could take my supplements in the morning with it. My idea of a dinner: a blend of green/cruciferous/fruit/nuts salad with some seafood protein and a mixture of beneficial spices, oils and vinegars as dressing. My idea of a breakfast to take my supplements with: two hard-boiled eggs with some healthy nuts. So, I'd definitely lose out in buffets...as tempting as they are. But that's just me. 😁
@@FindingParadiseThanks but it's not a diet for me per se. That's how I normally eat. Of course, I eat out from time to time when the occasion calls for it but I stay disciplined even at that.
Great review Rob. Henann Allona Beach looks great. The litmus test to whether these places are worthy of staying is, can you drink the tap water and not get sick. If not, they’re not worth the money.
