You know a game has amazing music when you literally stop everything you do and stand around just so you can listen to the music.

I still remember how empty i felt when i finished the story line.

Skellige and Toussaint are my two favorite maps of the entire game.

When you wake up on the Beach of Ard Skellige for the first time and hear this masterpiece 3:48. The feeling is surreal and unmatched.

Anyone agree that Skellige has the best music in this game

The feeling of absolute isolation. The loneliness after finishing the main story and spawning into Kaer Morhen in front of the Keep. I'll never forget that feeling. Vesemir, dead. Eskel, gone to greener grasses farther afield. Lambert, leaving and never looking back at the ruin he hated so much. It's just you. Just Geralt. And the wind, the crumbling stone. The birds in the trees and the river flowing in the valley. It all just compounds the loneliness, the absolute nothing that follows the life-or-death stakes of the final battle off the coast of Undvik. Yeah, you saved Ciri, and she saved the world - but at what cost? That feeling of consequence, of utter misery and gut-wrenching goodbyes. That, to me, will always be the Witcher 3.

I spent my final hours with Witcher 3 sailing Skellige waters, picking things up at points of interest, wishing my journey wasn't over.

Game so beautiful it made me want to live in Skellige, even with the presence of harpies, murderous vikings, bears and spectres. I won't last a few hours, but I still want to be transported to this enchanting place...

Me before I played the Witcher 3: hey, looks like a pretty fun game After I played it: no game will be the same anymore... Truly the story writing, the athmosphere, the music... this is the only game I’ve replayed it for the 4th time now and it still entrances me.

I've not cried for years, even decades now. But this night listening to good old Witcher themes, I almost cried. How can something be so beautiful, peaceful yet so emotional?

This game has saved my sanity this winter. I just arrived at Skellige and want the game to go on forever.

They nailed the music to match the environment so well. It gives off that cold chilly wind vibe as you traverse around snow capped mountains and what looks to be icy cold waters.

Best game in the history

One of my personal favourites in skellige is the hjalmar quest. You alone have to try to navigate this deserted island, try and be as quiet as a feather to not have hundreds of harpies come after you, all while you try and investigate what the hell happened here with the hjalmar crew. You finds bits and pieces, clues that tell a story on their own and in the midtime you cautiously pace around mountains filled with trolls and the giants. Such amazing world building

I feel grateful that i get to experience this game.

This honestly has to be one of the best games and soundtracks ever produced. I will never get over this

exploring islands of skellige is ten times more blissful with the sound tht plays behind. The game literally nailed it in dissolving you in its atmosphere. No running around in hurry just travel at a slow pace enjoying the scene

The wolf and the swallow is the BEST SCENE. Can hold my tear. I feel like i am father traveling the world to find his lost daughter that he really loved. Many quests. Many unknown lands. Many monsters. Many sacrifices. Risk his life. and finally HE FIND HER

I'm never ever going to forget how perfect this game was. I felt like I lost something in my life after finishing the storyline. I have so many feelings towards this masterpiece of a game. Every f**king music bangs, some of em make you hype, some of em make you chill. The fun the gameplay brings you is over the mountains. Everything about it is flawless. It actually set a new boundary in my mind of how perfect a game can be.

The quality of the music in this game cannot be overstated.

I remember standing atop the mountain tops and staring off into the night. Watching the stars, the trees sway in the wind, the distant howl of the wolves in harmony with the howl of the breeze, the torch light in the villages nearby, and eventually the rising sun plastering the sky with the colors of the Gods. Nature in this game takes you to another place entirely. If I ever find myself on top of a mountain at night, and I have cell service, I’ll be meditating to this music immediately.

The Ard Skellige music is so damn great I turned down the volume on everything else and just left the music on. I always look forward to fast traveling back to Skellige just for the music. The atmosphere is the best ever.

My favourite area in any video game series. Beautiful, mystical and harsh. To top it off, it is one of the only video games (and to be honest forms of media in general) that I have ever heard my own accent in. Northern Ireland is a strange and wonderful little country and I'm proud to be from here, hearing our accent in Witcher just pushes it even further in to the GOAT status for me. Amazing game.
