Does anyone else well up at the sound of the title music? For lost childhood and simpler times

Very happy I found this. Television was simply more vivid, thought provoking, and pure back then. Very memorable.

The TVS Ident and fanfare remind me of my childhood....and happier times...

Anybody else think the 'grinnygog' looks just like the kind of cast-moulded cement tat that one can still pick up in any garden centre today?

The fact that the Grinnygog or the Horned One in pre-Christian religions giving gifts of wealth is not something dreamed up by the writers of this series. That was one of his functions and he was depicted so from the British Isles to Russia.

Gods I loved those old telephones☎️. And when we kids said we will meet up at a certain time and place, we met up at that time. Not like now you can give a load of excuses if running late or even better someone tracks your moves (bit stalky but hey)😆.
