I think it is guaranteed from completing the raid in the first 48 hours. My whole team got it and from my understanding that is the case for everyone else that has completed it.

@@curseofavarice4607 it’s fine. We knew how to do it.. but we didn’t know the strat or how to divide the team comp. And everyone was trying to do glyphs. It wasn’t ideal.
