As a woman, I appreciate the players who dressed femininely. It’s great that many of them are embracing their softness and beauty. Honestly, the WNBA should keep marketing this way (e.g. fashion shows, makeup tutorials, nail design). The U.S. Women’s Basketball Team’s photo shoot for the Olympics was devoid of feminine softness and lightheartedness and didn’t separate themselves from the men. Big mistake. Our gender differences should complement each other and should be celebrated.
