Hello viewers! Tay here, stepping in for Walker to write a description for the video and push the publish button! Yall liked the long form cut of the shop renovation series so much that we figured we would make a super cut of the busiest 10 days we've had here at Lift Arc Studios so far, so named "Hell Week".
In this busy period I tackle a complicated metal handrail job for a historical fire station renovation in downtown Roanoke with the help of the talented Steve Heintzel, I build two metal racks for a local women's clothing store, we build a fire pit that's been customized to commemorate an anniversary, and we finish and install two custom CNC cut aluminum signs for a company close to us in Salem, VA.
This period of work was a true test in endurance and time management and it felt good to see what was possible when under immense pressure. Part of the rush, admittedly was spurred on by the fact that i was trying to take a much needed vacation, which I did eventually take and it was fantastic!
We hope you enjoy the Hell Week supercut and we'll be back with new content in 2 weeks!
Thanks for watching!

I here that kind of stuff all the time and even worse. Once the GC told us they were ready for our product but we went out and they hadn't even poured the concrete foundation. And they were demanding we be done for the opening in a month lol

I so want to visit this old fire station. Your work is amazing! And I feel your pain on manufacturing a project when someone decides to change the angles of where your finished product should be installed. I hope you protected yourself in the contact you had with Greg. Love your videos!😀🇨🇦

Gerday mate, your firepit looks brilliant and ob iously you can personalise it and for $22.50 + freight, well wow, sooo cheep, you sure you're not Chinese?. No? Ok I know what you mean but $1250 is still a gr8 price. Idea, work out how to flat pack and slip together for camping. Peace out. Wayne

I personally prefer the long form videos and you benefit from the RU-vid Premium members more on the long form videos. Obviously diversify and publish both. Thank you for the awesome content.

We get a lot of viewers saying they prefer the longer videos! For example our one long building renovation video has about 100x the views that the original episodes have (combined). For whatever reason the RU-vid algorithm seems to push the longer videos too, so it's been interesting to study the difference in the discovery of our channel from these long compilations compared to the shorter single episodes. Thanks for your input! Really helps us make more informed choices as to what our audience prefers beyond just staring at the numbers and stats RU-vid throws at us. - Walker

1:31:40. It's hard to talk after an 18-hour day when a client, or anyone, wants to converse. I understand. We all... understand

Ive drilled Alot of tubing sqaure and round, stainles and steel, for cable rails, not my favirot thing to do but man do they look beautiful in the end. Do you drill the angled holes? Or do you have a different method? I drill straight through, carefully, and it seems to do the trick. Just wondering if there were any other methods. Love the stuff you do!
@LiftArcStudios
@LiftArcStudios Год назад
Actually yes! We use our bridgeport mill and an end mill bit with the head of the mill canted at and angle and "mill" the angled holes that way. You can trill two holes straight in and angle the drill bit as you drill to reem the hole out but if you have a bridgeport, bridgeport! Cheers, Tay
