@@lerat5978 very great model for workers, people take work culture too seriously and people don't care at the end of the day on both sides (workers/customers) so companies that realize that are good business models
For info for people who don’t know and think they were actually being rude: It’s acting on the employees end and they are really good at it also they aren’t actually rude and unpleasant they are pretty nice and amazing people and they really enjoy when customers come by to eat from what I heard from a couple of friends it’s amazing food

Because the staff gets to insult and berate their customers AND GET PAID FOR IT. Think about that. Imagine you getting to cuss out someone who pisses you off, and they will LAUGH at it, and give you MORE of a tip for doing so. Dear lord if I could id quit my factory job and work for them in a heartbeat haha

@@eggman5106 I work a few jobs one of them is fastfood at a rest stop. My manager tells me to not take bs from the customers and it makes it a lil easier to get thru a shift lmao
Don't know, but the way they insults you is not like a group of bullies, but a group of your closest friends so confident with you that they can talk to you in that way and you can't get mad, instead of that you laugh and smile.
