regarding the EA Bryan Port Chicago explosion is a disgrace to this country and the US Military! the fact that it takes 50 years or more to exhonorate those men who refused to be blown up like the other segregated naval black men is shameful. that bomb scientists were more interested in the results of the aftermath and not the reason for it makes one believe it wasnt an accident.

What was the main cause of the accident is that the incendiary bombs were hot. That is, they were fitted with detonators and were ready for use to be unloaded and then used then immediately aboard B29 bombers most likely from the Marshall Islands. All it would have had to happen is for one of the safety pin tags to drop out, or for a bomb to be accidently dropped and the detonator activated on impact then the rest is history. All it took was for some poor mothers son to stumble or fumble and then "boom".

I was stationed at Port Chicago, CA in the mid 1970s. There were still signs along roads and near piers that there were still unexploded bombs, shells in the waters and shorelines - not to mention the splintered remnants of blasted wharfs poking out of water.

Nuclear weapons its amazing that so much power can come from something you can't see

All of them merely signs of man's curiosity mingled with man's insatiable appetite for power, which he cannot have and couldn't manage if he did. All of the nuclear fallout blown all over the world and lodged in every single living organism, the cost of all of this has been incalculable still.

Why didn’t they drop anchor before it steamed into Halifax. It would’ve only taken a few minutes.

It was good that the super powers banned testing. Now the nuclear button are in the hands of the unelected psychopaths. That’s all we need. Roll on ww3

Why didn’t they attach a rope to the other ship to stop it drifting? Why didn’t they warn the townsfolk and tell them to evacuate the area? Why didn’t they try to extinguish the blaze? Why did they pack the ship with different explosives and munitions that could detonate the TNT? Why did the crew only try to save themselves and not try any of the above or anything else to try to warn the people? Bc it’s all s Conspiracy I tell you.

At Halifax, the Ammo ship was caught outside the submarine nets at night - couldn’t come in and didn’t dare anchor because of sun threat - the next morning they had to haul ass to get a good berthing space in the inner harbor. Hurry up and wait.

And you'd really think that we and Russia knowing there's no limits and size has become more compact we both don't have secret absolute earth ending bombs? Maybe just one, two or three! Your nuts if you say no way. Absolutely blind. The end.
