This podcast episode was so fun, Ross is not only an amazing sportsman but also a great entertainer ;-) Of course we spoke about his incredible performance being the first person to swim around Great Britain. He explained where he gets his motivation from, the challenges and hardest moments on the open sea and also some funny moments out there….he made some new friends - spoiler: it wasn’t jellyfish ;-) Inspiring to meet an athlete from a completely different field and find out what he believes top athletes are made of.

Super interesting.Thank you Nico! My own life went from track athlete to motorcycle road racer, where the discovery was finding quality brain time in endurance events. I quite sucked at sprints. Needed the extra stimulus to slow my brain and focus.

You should get Eddie Hall on the Podcast First to deadlift 500kg and world's strongest man both in 2017 and then quit strongman at his peak. Also like you the year he won he best 4x wsm Brian Shaw and now 1x wsm Haftor Bjornson now 1x wsm martins licis and 4x wsm Zydrunas Savicas.

R.E. is way over infused with his opinions to hold my attention over 10 minutes. I sensed Nico wished his kicking foot could reach his guest knee. And what's with the add-hat..is it about baldness shame or advertising revenue ? Of course Nico has his beauty expert grooming him endlessly 24-7..possibly his demeanor & kid looks are a tough act for R.E. to follow, without overly domineering the conversation. Yet in my world most of what RE stated was over- blown sensationalism.

I have a mixed feeling about those videos. Quality material for sure but I’m not searching for this kind of interview on a racing oriented channel. Why don’t you create a dedicated channel for this? I’m quite sure that you could aim to a much broader audience than just the typical car guy freaks.
