Usually struggle with long videos, but this one was great. Would love to continue seeing competitive level meta check-ins from top performers as things continue to progress.

This was an amazing video, my only recommendation is doing a volume check on yourself and the guests. I was constantly havhng to turn up the volume for your guests but turn it back down when you spoke.

For the first month of our local league, it cost $20 to play the full month and getting third place in points I was given a single $2cad promo card… each week they would give out 1-3 packs to “random” (always the most new players). Our average attendance was 15-22 people.

I really like the idea of a probation list. They could "ban" a card (like Bucky) because it's warping the current meta, then when the next set releases, all "banned" cards (like Bucky) would be unbanned. If any card (like Bucky) would be still meta warping when the next set releases, they could "re-ban" those said cards. This would help whatever current meta there is while also not lowering prices of thoses "banned" cards.

It’s not even green steel just being a good deck. It’s literally the fact that the deck plays something similar to a floodgate in Yugioh which is Bucky. There’s a reason the why the deck good and it’s that card. If Bucky was not in the game Green Steel would still be good but would no where be as good as it is right now.

Also Diablo is not an issue all the current meta decks have an answer for it, Brawl and any type of ping damage. The need to just straight up ban Bucky from the game or give him an errata of Evasive instead of ward.

@@parttimecomix Ruby Sapphire can be beaten by Ruby Amethyst and other decks too the issue with Ruby Sapphire comes down to Ice Block and Lucky Dime.

@@beardedcat9744 that's the thing, I thought Diablo would be an issue, but most of the time it is Bucky or even the big Pegasus more than anything else. There are loads of answers to Diablo in all the decks, Bucky has very few, which is why he is an issue. It is also why I don't think like Hiram needs to be banned - he exerts a lot, he has one strength, which Ruby at least targets, etc.

Yea it's the combo of Bucky and. Diablo be user normally with a discard deck drawing card would help but Diablo stops ya from doing that

Best of 2 with point lock. Each game is 1 point. You win enough games, you lock for top cut. For example, at dlcs you get 12 points, you lock for day 2 and are removed from Swiss pairings.

I’d say that’s mostly because players hate playing with/against the deck, more so than it is that’s it’s not better. I played a Bucky deck once at locals and everyone shamed me on it. Calling me degenerate. So yeah.

There is some debate as to this, but I think most argue it is due to needing the Bucky and Diablo combo. If you don't draw Bucky early enough and get Diablo, then you can struggle. I played against an emerald/steel deck and won first game and he didn't see Bucky until right at the very end, second he saw him almost immediately. Too much relying on that card combo.

Yugioh duel links style limited list Cards get put on limit 4, 3, 2, 1 lists where you can only play that many cards from each list For instance, put Bucky and Diablo on limit 2 so you can play 1 each or 2 Diablo or 2 Bucky

Bucky gets better as more sets come in the future thst print low-cost Floodborn. Diablo can be interacted with. It is like Birthing Pod in MTG, it gets better every time they print a creature you want a singleton of

The economy is so bad in Lorcana already though. The value is only on a handful of mythics and enchanteds and no one trades anything.

DLC prizing is great. Set championships prizing will get worse over time as more stores are running the events.

They need to give each OP store... slots to the DLCs... the people topping their leagues need to be invited and secure spots.. rather than it just being people who get lucky... first time players and stuff. I agree with upping participation promos for all events. Also stop making the promos... of junk commons cards lol.. give us some good ones lol

Sheriff always kills Diablo on turn 4. Draw + discard a card = 1 damage. bye diablo. Turn 5 = avalanche. Bye bye bucky. Bucky makes me discard a card? bye bye diablo1 sheriff slays bird with 1 stone

I watch as many lorcana videos as I can, but after 70 minutes I'm finding it a hard watch. It's a bit too much complaining for me. I understand it's hard to make content without pixelborn or comps running. July will be a busy month for these guys.

NOOOOOO rotation!!! Oh no never prevent old cards from being played in Lorcana !!! @38:00 bad idea, nope. Nope. I am set now : i can play 1 to 4 full... do not remove me i can have no future cards and be competitive, you cannot restrict old cards unless a ban list WTF are you saying? Ban list,= ban the problems. Rotation? You ban all old cards this is dumb. curat ea ban list or ERRATA nerf vs banning old sets? choice is simple. A badly pre-thought card game not built well with too big an element can have sets roll over. Magic became too big. PREVENT this in lorcana
