Braille Skateboarding I feel like I could be a really good skater I rode a rip stick when I was a kid I’ve never owned a skate board I have a cheep one picked out but every time I go to buy it I’m broke smh I wanna learn to skate imma go search for wheels and wood or something in a dumpster
@@sweatydripz3587 An Andy Anderson channel would be amazing, however there was a clip from the nine club a few days ago (talking about youtube skating, Johnny Giger, etc.) that got me thinking. Andy Anderson rides a unique line with being in youtube skate channels while also being a traditional/core pro for Powell Peralta (A smart idea if you ask me) but if he had his own channel he'd just have to produce more content and not be able to focus on other things, kind of the same effect that instagram created in terms of what it means to be a pro skater.
This dude is actually one of my favorite skaters in the world. I started skating at 42. Have been skating for two years, but since day one I have always liked the style of this dude.
I love watching Andy. He makes everything look so simple. And he's so incredibly clean. What a talent. I also started skating a year ago (at 42) so I'm glad to know I'm not alone! I'll definitely stretch more BEFORE every ride. Great video guys! Inspires me to continue to learn and try and not falter! :)
It’s so cool to see someone enjoy every aspect of the park. I know a lot of people she just sit at the stairs all day or at the pyramid... I bet the designer of the park is happy to see it all come to good use.
Feel like he's a 'skaters skater' - knows and respects the history, credits originators of tricks, and innovates on top of whats come before with humble optimism.
Andy Anderson has got to be the sweetest and most wholesome guy on a board. He's so positive, so encouraging, and just totally rips up whatever he skates. Legend in the making.
I respect him so much, because he didn't just do his own thing. He spent so much time going into the origins of skating and learning from the people who started the trend. You can see it in the respect he has for each and every obstacle and every trick. That makes him so good and so special to watch. Always an honour Andy!
I can recognize a genius when i see him and im not even skating or have ever. Keep going Andy, you will be one of the worlds best if you keep your attitude.
He is just on a whole new level of skateboarding. Hes super humble, just a all around good dude. By far my favorite pro, and I dont see that changing any time soon.

We've gotten so used to seeing street skating that seeing someone do foot plants and air out of bowls is so cool! Makes me want to start skating again ha Andy is definitely one of my Fav skaters
I love watching him skate, it’s so fluid and so much variety. It’s not the same old kick flip a six stair. It’s old school, modern, and unique all at the same time!

I don't think I've ever seen a braille video without having anyone from braille in it. Andy does a next level skating, not only creative but large scale, insanely good in the large bowl.
Love this kid. He is smart n passionate.. i been skating n reading skate mags since skateboarder mag.. 70s.. n to hear him talk the lingo n explain tricks is super cool.. i learn more about skating everytime i watch him. Thanks for posting. Hope andy skates in the Olympics
I love that the whole time I felt like I was inadvertently becoming his student. I'm now officially a freestyle skater. I always felt ostracized for practicing these tricks and would only do them rarely (casper flips, premos, etc.) He makes it look legendary while remaining so humble and keeping a fun aura about rather than a scary dedicated aggressive one. INCREDIBLE. Changed the way I looked at how to ride this skatepark too! For the trick name: Rocking Around the World. It looks like he is downrocking which is a bboying (breakdancing) term. So yeah looked to me like he was Rocking Around the world.
I've seen my share of skate parts and youtube skate vids. And this is now my favorite skate video. Perfect to watch him ride the concrete curves and all the other stuff.
this dude is the reason i wanted to start skating again. im born and raised in mid city la, but i got sent to a reform school on vancouver island when i was thirteen. i saw a nka vid where hes in victoria skating the park. cant say how many times i skated there on leave passes as a kid. its weird. im from LA but i grew up skating where he did and with real good people like him. i saw that part and it was like holy shhh i havent seen that park in 15 years. its a sign. thankyou my bro. skating has helped me lose weight and stay healthy and much happier.
@@metalmyke1 no it doesnt.. you just said it yourself "like other boards". you cant realistically expect to spend 3$ on a board simply because thats all you have. if it was 250$ i could see pretending its "expensive" but same price as most other pro boards isnt "expensive". also a fuck of alot more went into making it than any other pro board, which kind of makes it a steal.
Nice to see some old skool influence in modern skating. Shaped decks, rails, free styln, trick selection....etc. Sick Andy! Been a Powell fan since '89! Right On!
