Butterflies in the stomach and shivering on the skin ... What a movie! Nothing short of beautiful. Kathrine is so sweet and beautiful, while Vanessa is so sexy it breaks your heart just looking at her. When the two protagonists complete each other, the film becomes a masterpiece. Good job, everyone.

Such a beautiful movie!!! I can't help but to make my own analysis of this film. This sits on my mind and heart for weeks now. Unbelievable lines! Charming portrayal! Heart wrenching soundtrack! This should gather awards...this should be appreciated for its artistry! I feel blessed by Waterston's "astonishment and joy" and Kirby's "You are my city of joy". LOVE THIS FILM SO MUCH!

That would be a NO... Tally didn’t keep that bastards letters! If he couldn’t have her no one could, so the f****** killed her! That’s the hardships these woman endured. We all want a fantasize version of a happy ending, but the truth is, these woman were property of their husbands and had no choices to leave or runaway. With a man like Finley, he would hunt her down no matter he where she went. Tally fate was sealed the minute she said, “I do”
