China is just fcking amazing. The power and economy have shifted. Its the new superpower and we need to work with China instead of spreading sinophobia and use China as a boogeyman for every single problem in the West
" not war"? Who else in the world is continuously building aircraft carriers if not for expansion and dominance? Isn't the CCP planning to continue with the 04, 05, 06, and so on? On December 13, 2022, mainland Chinese media reported that the prototype model of China's fifth aircraft carrier had been unveiled, didn't they? They are building ships like they are making dumplings, planning to launch 200,000 tons of warships in 2024 alone (the entire British fleet only amounts to 500,000 tons). Is that for peace? Which international waters in the world are not freely navigable? The CCP turns a reef barely above the water into an island, builds it into a military base, and claims it as its own sovereign territory. The CCP also claims the South China Sea and the Taiwan Strait as its internal waters, driving away any foreign vessels that approach. What does that mean? Why do warships from various countries frequently assert their rights to navigate international waters? Did these problems exist before? Isn't all this for expansion and dominance? Can't you see that? This blatant ambition for dominance clearly shows that the CCP relies on its brute strength to bully and invade. Otherwise, why would they be so deceptive, putting on a facade and blatantly lying? Don't they feel ashamed of themselves? Don't they realize how cowardly they appear?
Japan still has the largest mega-city in the world. I think the rest are a distant second. Their cities are top-notch but China probably surpassed them in better more modern infrastructures as of present. Japan is building a futuristic megacity with incredible cost also but then again so is China. China will probably out due Japan as it probably already has in many areas and regain the top superpower status it once held in the past
*_Twenty years ago, I went to Guangzhou frequently. After 20 years, I am shocked to see the BIG change in Guangzhou. I even cannot believe it is true. What an amazing progress in China !!!_*
What stands out is that there are no Pot-holes anywhere or any garbage/litter on the roads or verges. No Heavy Goods Vehicles (HVG's) with black smoke being emitted from their exhaust pipes.
Believe me, China is full of potholes, smoking trucks and horrible infrastructure, but the big cities are in very good condition. These shill videos show a slice of Chinese life, which is interested, but they are hardly full scale documentaries on all of China.
just add some info . If you just come out from offroad some mud on your car then congratulation prepare to pay for a fine . Cause those mud will cause PM2.5 once the mud fall on the road if you not clean it.
HGVs are not allowed into city in the daytime hours. So if absolutely necessary, the HGVs stop in the outskirts and unload onto smaller lorries to bring their goods into the city centres.
It's interesting that China's development was modeled after an imagined Western world. Decades ago, when China was still lagging, two magazines, called DUZHE and YiLin, had a significant influence on Chinese people. They depicted a Western society that was clean, orderly, honest, and incorruptible. In this society, streets were spotless, toilet water was clean enough to drink, and the president could order a nationwide power outage to save an injured bird on a power line. It was like a utopian world. Since then, Chinese people have strived to change towards this standard. However, now they realize that the real world is not like that.
I am from north Africa living in the US. I remember 25 years ago when I was in back home someone saying that people will be going to machines and pay coins to breath fresh air because of the pollution they have over there and other things we used to hear. I think this social media is exposing some countries. I liked the guy with hammock inside the bus. That was hilarious. I saw the video couple days ago on X. 😁😁😁😁
@@loremasteringwion9930 I was thinking the same thing. They talk about these cities as if they are the future. This dystopian city could be used as a set for a future filming of Logan's Run, perhaps, but not a place I'd want to live.
@@davidgmaloofUS cities nowadays looks more like Gotham city dystopia. Run down a decrypt. There is a big difference between a paradise and dystopia. Westerners prefer war and chaos, asian prefer peace and stability.
China has currently built 100 Metropolitan cities and 5 Megapolitan cities complete with extraordinary infrastructure and public transport facilities that are environmentally friendly and very modern. Sometimes I think China is developing its country so quickly in just 3-4 decades.
Hi Lizzy ! Welcome to the modern city of Guangzhou , China ! Here in this city China has adopted self driving automatic public transport electric vehicles way ahead of many western countries much to their bane & minimum to zero MSM coverage as well. EV carmaker XPeng has rolled out in 2023 Semi-Autonomous EVs complete with an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) enabling its cars to navigate their way automatically on city streets & adopting the X NGP (navigation guided pilot) software that can now be used in the G9 Max and P7i Max models in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai. China is way ahead in technology adoption for the public & these will further enhance efficiencies and productivity. AI and EVs with LIDAR operation will be functional city wide in autonomous or semi-autonomous mode and the utilization of solar energy and other green energy (wind, hydro & wave / geothermal) shall spur the country into the future with R&D being transposed into adaptation, the cities themselves are being transformed into modern metropolis, quite like how you describe it : A City Of The Future ! Keep on Vlogging to spread the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the TRUTH ! Take care & God Bless 👍✅🫡🙏
I am visiting Changsha China now, and she is absolutely correct. China is a futuristic country w ith mind blowing infrastructure. I also just returned from 2 weeks in Louisiana and Florida 3 weeks ago. The contrast is indescribable! China is by ions ahead of the U.S..and without any question whatsoever, the new global leader in any sphere imaginable. America has indeed unquestionably failed!!
I was in Hong Kong in 1967 and visited the border Lok Ma Chau lookout point overlooking the wide open space that is now Shenzhen with Guangzhou in the distant NW. I never dreamed at the time that beginning in about 40 years I'd be able to see these places again in detail on Google Earth and something called RU-vid. It's been AMAZING to see the growth and change compared to maps and pictures of the time and my many photographs.
Thank you Lizzy 🙏❤️👍👏you have definitely illustrated what a city of future looks like. China is indeed the future and China redefines the standard of a civilized city.❤️🇨🇳❤️🇨🇳
Hi Lizzy, How are you? Im a retired American and would like to visit China and see what it's like. Could you tell me if it's possible to live there long term if I wanted to?
Lovely. Such great little busses. In which way do you get to know what busses are there and how they go? As well if you could go to many parks. Parks and grenery is what I love in cities so much. 😊
Lizzy, may I see an episode about the foreign bobble residents. They do not like the food nor the culture. However they are there for work and that is it.
Do a video on Suzhou; one of the wealthiest provinces. They have a ridiculous car culture there; where people flaunt their super and hyper cars like Bugatti, Lamborghini, and other wild customized super cars.
Well, at least we still know how to make babies. China forgot that critical element of survival and, mathematically, is 170 years from extinction. But don't worry, I am sure the Indians will take care of your wonderful infrastructure after they move in.
Very pleased to see your channel growing steadily Lizzy, reflecting your honest commentary and well-edited content. I personally appreciate your time and effort but I'm sure there are numerous people out there who feel the same way. Your voice is important for those of us who do not know how to make the videos you make. Keep it up. Love from Chicago.
How honest is it to use the footage from another channel and comment like it's your own footage? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uyDRQPZKrls.html
Lizzy ,may I suggest play some soft、relaxing background music, you live in a nice 、safty place , don't be so serious , just relax, like people who's life is slowly and enjoy in Yunnan😄😄
@Mr.crazy24. That's all right to love America. I also love the country and the people there. It's a great country which used to be the most modern one and its culture (entertainment, universities, technologies, fast foods, brands, skyscrapers, etc...) shined all over the world and most Chinese respect that fact. However, while China in the last 40 years invested in the improvement of the country (infrastructures, education, clean technologies, safety and convenience for the people, etc...), the US government, controlled by different lobbies looking for big profits (oil, arms, media, Israël...), focused more on military bases around the world (800+) and useless wars than the life quality of their citizens... Conscious of the decline of America and the rise of China, instead of competing to improve domestically (infrastructures, healthcare, new technologies, etc...), the different US governments (rep. or dem. the same) are trying to contain China economically and eventually militarily. The US government is also using their powerful propaganda media and connections in the developed World to discredit China and its "communist" government by brainwashing citizens around the World and make them feel that China, China, China is the big Evil, just to divert from their own government's failure! That's why people like Lizzy living in China and who can see the truth are so annoyed by the distortion created by the Western Media narrative and regurgitated by the China haters who most of the time didn't even visited China!!! Hence her comparison between China and the US...
Thank you for sharing your experiences there. One impression is that watching the first half of the video is that that area looks more like a movie set than a place where people live and work. To have insane infrastructure without enough users means something else. 🤪
Facts are facts. Smart people should want to know the truth for themselves than bury their head in the sand and live a life of ignorance. It'd be like waking up from a few years in coma, when they learn late.
Love your videos, China looks great. How about a "Tips for China travel" video? Like what APP to use, things you learn would make China travel easier! It'll be popular & help lots of people! ❤😊
I like this but you have to show people the bad things also, because There is another lady from China showing the poor people living in awful buildings etc.
Why are you acting like you took this footage? You took it from CN Walking. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uyDRQPZKrls.html Did you thank them for the footage?
Can pro China content creators be more creative? This kind of videos people have done it a million times. Compared China to _______. What about debunking some lies Western media told is actually more helpful.
Thanks for the tip, to be honest I agree sometimes it feels like these videos are all the same and I would like to stand out and show more than others, still trying to figure it out as I go! So really appreciate this and will plan a nice video about this!
Fulan gong lies like stealing your organs, Winnie the pooh is actually not banned, illegal to watch Western Apps like RU-vid, Facebook but most Chinese companies provide employees with VPNS so they can do research.
It's the same formula. Thumbnail showing new Chinese infrastructure to the absolute worst in the US. Show some recent Chinese development, ignore the bad Chinese infrastructure, whine about western media, blah, blah, blah. It's like they are working from the same script. Then the comments - 99% approve the message, which is nearly impossible if this video had a western, critical-thinking audience.
Be specific with lies from respectable journalists. Not just blaming the whole west. And maybe have some balance and point to some china lies and propaganda . Just reeks of ridiculous levels of bias. It’s ok to be critical of China sometimes.
I still love America every country is unique every state is different . Like pair America to Africa and then you going to be like America's better. Let's just stop talking about countries I feel like it's wrong
I am from Africa, and yes, 50 years ago, I would've agreed with you that America was better than Africa. Fast forward to 2024, Africa is better than America 😅
Yes sure, Americans should love their country, only their government is bad,and their media is lie and biases , she just showing the real China that you people dont believed, under your eyes China is poor dirty, ugly, people are all slaves by the evil commies bosses, blah…
@@omardabo1287you obviously watch too much online nonsense then. US is going through an economic boom and crime is way down . Still incredibly Opportunities. Suburban US is off the charts compared to anywhere in China and especially Africa.
I am just curious how are you running your channel from China because RU-vid Google Facebook insta Wikipedia Reddit and almost 90 % of all the websites are blocked there ? There can only be one explanation which I want you to say out loudly here .. I live in China too and I challenge you for a debate .. for your false propagandas
