I'm 13 weeks into an AC tear in my shoulder, it's very slowly getting better, thanks to Martins showing me the importance of doing rotators! Plus I wear my Martins t-shirt in the gym and it makes me stronger I swear!

make sure to use the vibration plate for the nerves in your shoulder(s), laydown and put your shoulder on it, it works for me, after warm up and after training sesion, good luck

Seeing the worlds strongest men having a bad chest day makes me feel better about myself when I have a bad chest day. Even when it was a bad chest day for them, they still put in the work and not swap to biceps or some other workout. Very motivational.

Title gave me an idea. Strongman 2v2 events. Teams. That way reduced chance of injury taking turns to do events/deciding who would be best for what, not exhausting one competitor too much, and allowing them to go full tilt over the coure of an event/have more energy for each event, then maybe a duo event at the end. Brian and Eddie vs Martins and Thor imagine lol.

From 140-180 degrees of shoulder flexion, the AC joint, SC joint, and thoracic extension is primarily responsible for giving the angle. If theres a restriction in the t spine for any reason, the sc/ac joint have to make up for that ROM. That leads to inflammatory disorders and wearing out of those little joints. Pass it along to thor.

Love to see these guys get together and train, although they're competitors. Looking at these sets though, we can surely conclude that if Hafthor didn't rip his plantar fasciitis, he would have annihilated everyone at the 2019 WSM.
