Ivan, here is a tip for Evalina. If you want to spit food out, put a napkin to your mouth and act like you are wiping your mouth at the same time spit the food into your napkin.
Dude, good call, but you don't know Russian Women... they come from a different Universe. Ivan knows very well, as so do I married to one. His anus was clamped waiting for a typical RW response. Yes, considered rude in the West, not so much in Russia. Ivan feels the pain, as I do... Evelina actually let Ivan down nicely. Probably because she was on camera. Ivan will be presenting Evelina with a flower bouquet tonight.
I hope you don't get explosive diarrhoea. Evelina, please wear your seatbelt. Sorry I keep nagging you guys, I spent my whole working life rescuing people from car crashes. Your health and safety is the most important thing.
Lol, Evelina's facial expression was priceless. ❤ It's flippin' explosive diarrhea time. That soup did not look appetizing. 🤢 Hope Evelina is okay? Love you guys. Thanks for your time and resources. 🤟🏼🖖🏼🙏🏼
The vet wasn't going to remove the toenail. They trim the nails the same as you trim your nails. The cat's nails will get caught in things like fabric. They can get caught on the bed's comforter just walking across it. Sometimes they can hang from a toenail until either the fabric rips or their toenail pulls out which is quite painful. In some cases the toenail can grow back into the foot's pad.
I absolutely love when Evalina voices her opinion. I hope she’s feeling better. Immigration to the US is going to become more difficult, so if you want to come over here, I recommend saving your pennies and applying to get over as soon as you can. Perhaps you can try applying for a B1 visa that allows you to enter the states and work as an influencer whilst you travel around the states and it gives you longer than the 90 day tourist visa does.
Ivan this is awesome having Evalina add her commentary with subtitles for us. Seriously I think it's going to add a lot to your videos because we all know she's been wanting to add her opinions and thoughts, and she was great! As for the Mercedes being expensive....you should know by now when you get a used car there are ALWAYS things to be fixed up and you've seen that. But once you get the car all sorted then it's just a matter of regular maintenance. Just don't F*CK with it anymore and all will be fine LoL
Ivan, you don't have to replace the brake disc every time you change the pads. Discs are expensive and original Mercedes or BMW discs are even more expensive. 1 rotor may go through 6 brake discs. When it squeals, the rotors are near the end. If it growls or grinds then you waited too long to change the discs. Which are WAY cheaper than a rotor.
Mercedes $-Class Ivan , cheap to buy , overly expen$ive to fix ! Ivan's Pattaya $Money$ Pit ! Still a beautiful car , very safe and makes you and Evelina look great , to hell with the trolls and critics , they are probably just jealous and riding bicycles themselves
Again, I enjoy your channel, but u gotta slow down with your groveling, aka begging for subscribers..I understand your position, but Ivan, you're a good guy,so I hope you can write software or code.u ain't gonna make it here on 20$ an hour.just looking out for you my friend.
Hello Evelina and Ivan. I'm sorry that soup wasn't good. Even the meat looked questionable.🤮 I want to tell Evelina thank you so much for sharing your recipe and showing how to make Borcht. I have made it twice and shared the recipe with friend's and family who also have made it and love it! TY! And love you both!❤❤❤😊
@@CD-SU did you not watch the video? After they eat they soup, Evelina gives a very detailed review of the nasty soup. All in Russian of course and Ivan was nice enough to translate it for us.
Ivan: You could first go to Canada and seek asylum there since you escaped the Russian army draft and being arrested for trashing the Putin regime. There are all kinds of jobs and business opportunities there until you get to the USA. While in Canada, you can get a tourist visa to go to the USA. You can video blog as these kinds of new adventures. BTW, how was it that Evelina didn’t learn conversational English, since so many kids around the world learn English growing up? Doesn’t Evelina have the spare time to learn English somewhere in Thailand or online? She really needs English for the USA immigration.
Good idea to go to Canada first. I say that many times Evelina must learn English. She is young an can learn quickly. I don't understand why not Ivan take time to learn Evelina?
@@ncacia8 Yes but even more dangerous than US! Why not Switzerland,Austria,Norway or Denmark,North Italy or Australia and New Zeeland much better choice than USA. I'm from Sweden don't take that I warning u two!
I don't trust videos about restaurants. Many are given good reviews for reasons, unrelated to the food. Locals may like the joint, but I may not be used to the food. Example, many Asians love dog and bats. Me, not so much! Good for you guys. Thanks for voting with your feet.
Locals may crave that flavour. I think if the place is not honest about their prices it is not deserving of my business there should not be price discrimination. I would leave a bad yelp review for this business and mention the fact that it gouges tourists by profiling.
You can get an idea what a restaurant is going to be like as you first walk in. Look if its dirty, the floors, the tables, the light fixtures. If its dirty, don't bother and walk out. This place looked pretty bad.
Your friend is a smart man. I also have the V Tec. Engines last forever. By the way with our cats at least, we had their nails trimmed for the first time, and for ours anyway, it just made them grow a lot faster, and longer. First time I had nails done on a cat. Actually before with cats, never had their nails done, and never had any problems. When they just naturally wore them down.
I enjoy hearing Evelina speak Russian. She speaks so clearly and elegantly. I can pick out so many Russian words that I know when she speaks. It is good listening practice for me.
Make a note to "self". We will organise Evilena to take English lessons ASAP so we both qualify to emigrate. What about a special skill Ivan? Study something to raise your competitive level. Media studies, computer software etc. Go for it.
@@Ralphie_Boy unfortunately I agree with you. I love this guy's content. Been following him since the beginning. I don't think he fully grasps how expensive it is in North America. For example, auto mechanics. Getting a car repaired in some countries isn't a huge expense because they're not paid well. I have known people from such countries who get the shock of their life when they see how much it costs to repair a vehicle here. It doesn't matter how much you try to warn them. You just have to let them experience it for themselves. I don't want to discourage the guy from his dream btw. I think it's noble for people to be honest with him. He needs to know the pros and cons before making such a move. There are people in North America who are leaving to live in places such as Thailand, because they can't afford to retire here anymore.
As a german im always checking BK and McD prices and even tho Mcd got expensive here aswell its still not quite as bad. And i still got my free insurance weed. If only rich people had to may more that shit wouldnt even exist.
That was great! Lol! You have my respect for trying the 50-year-old soup, I would not have. I think Evelina was on the right path as far as not wanting to eat anything coming out of that nasty looking pot. She adds a lot to your videos, you might have her give her opinion (translated, of course) more often, your views and subscriptions would skyrocket!
@@CD-SU "She knew what she was in for..." She specifically did not know. She thought they were going someplace special based on the Michelin Guide. She felt duped because they were duped. Are they supposed to lie? Perhaps you're not American and are from some culture where people believe you have to quietly accept terrible things (or Russian, although you have SU, like Russian fighter jets, in your screen name.) Maybe people should be polite about it. Most people would have been as disappointed. Maybe some would smile and play along? Apparently, in your estimation, it's "classier" to lie, so I'm not sure how you're an arbiter of what is classy.
@@ccollins2890 "SU" like the fighter jet 🤣🤣🤣... when I was young my parents took our family out to eat and taught us how to act in public. Obviously, you and Evalina stayed home. Again I'll point out: the soup was NOT bad, she just didn't like it. Obviously lots of people love it and that is why they keep on selling it! Acting like a 2 year old is not acceptable... by your defense, it is obviously the Russian way to act when you don't like something. Whatever. Byeeeee.
@@CD-SU I'm American. Evalina did not make a scene and demand her money back like a Karen. She expressed her disappointment. She did not throw a brick through their window or spit on the cook. Ivan tried to like it. He tried to find something positive but ultimately did not like it either. As I'm sure you're aware some sites seek opinions from diners. Your parents taught you to take the loss instead of standing up for yourself. I'm sorry they imposed that on you.
Ivan you have a gem of a lady with Evelina , what a humble and yet very funny and strange beautiful young lady ! I have never in my life heard a woman request cockroaches at a wedding ! lol , I know what to get you guys now direct from Australia , they have the biggest roaches in the world and make great pets . Boy do I with I could try the "Neua Tune" 49 year old stew , just to see if I get explosive diarrhea ! Peace & Love from Canada
I mentioned before that the best soup I had in my life was at 3 AM in a lonely soi off Sukhumvit 22. My Thai girlfriend at the time Fah knew of this old lady who had a barrel of soup in the alley. No one else was there. Like some Monty Python movie. I don’t know how she kept it hot. It had fish balls, pork and beef to which she added fresh vegetables or sprouts from a bag that hung to the side. I had no expectations but it was rich and you could taste each of the meats. Like a dream I don’t know where the lady is now or if she’s even still around. I also don’t know what happened to Fah. In Thailand people disappear. Experiences come and go. And there’s no way to ever get them back.
Yes, cats DO need their claws cut regularly. They will grow into their pads if you dont have them trimmed. But you can do it yourself. Watch a few videos on it.. Clippers are under 10 bucks here in the USA..
I never did that on a 15 year old cat and cat was fine. It is just a money grab for no reason. Scammers are everywhere. My FREE BIBLE IS Better quality than a Trump Bible and it is made in the U.S. Trumps' Bible is probably made in India on rice paper and is lower quality paperback & he wants $65 for a bible that should be free. Or the churches can be taxed as a business.
@@SanctionedIvan well hope you will be able to get into the US...not sure WHY you would want to though with all the crazy stuff going on.Two old men trying to become the next president....one acting like a 3 year old and the other one close to dementia (Why not select one that isnt above the age of dinosaurs?)
Ivan, Vika says you made a big mistake... You chose this Restaurant from the Michelin Tire Guide, not the Restaurant Guide! 😂 Privet to Evelina from Vika ❤
First off a Michelin restaurant has to be reviewed yearly and a single star is at the bottom of the list, if it ever had a star in the first place, which I doubt.
You should push her to go in a school full time or half a day, too learn english. It's a must for her, so when you both arrive in usa, she will have the basic.
Yes this is good advice Ivan. English is a must in the USA or she will be dependent on you as a translator for the rest of your lives. Few people in the USA have a 2nd language and the ones that do usually speak Spanish or French, not Russian.
@@dillonh321 You are right, she has to learn English. She will be isolated from everything. In case there is an emergency where he is in the hospital or whatever, she won't be able to communicate at the basic level.
This would normally be served with noodles (Kway teow) . A popular cheap Thai lunch for Thais. Maybe they forgot to put in the noodles. Many different recipes are very popular. Some don't please Western palates.
It's nice to see Evelina dressing more modestly. Did the cultural police have a conversation with her or was she advised on the side by a concerned or offended citizen? Evelina, wear your seatbelt. You will be stopped by the police and fined, if you are lucky. If you are unlucky you will be thrown around like a rag doll in an overwise survivable collision where you are restrained inside the vehicle.Don't they teach this in Russia?
sounds like you have a secondary air injection problem (very common on German cars)... I hate those things - always difficult to access and pump bearings burn out, and $$$ to replace. I plugged mine up on an old Audi A6 2.7T and it drove fine - It just always had the check engine light on.
Bonjour Ivan, i have subscribed today, because of what you said about the Visas and America. I want you to get the Visas as soon as possible. A few years ago, I helped a friend to get her Visas. She is now living there, but I am out and happy😅 Two things I missed is the large streets, (I could drive) and the stores that stay open at nights. Thanks for sharing the best of soups😋
BS I support illegally. Many are fantastic people who come to USA illegally. Yes there few that are Crap people. But I support illegally people. Why? Coming over to USA need MONEY. Many people tired of their own country making 100-200 usd dollars in a month. While people come to California or other part be making a lot. I hire illegal and I pay them over 1k per week. :) Their hard working people who goes to work and come back and goes to their family. I even have a home for them and I still pay them. Great working people. Ivan is welcome to come here he be a addition to immagration either it legal or not he is welcome and we have lot of program to help them with out taxes. :)
@@rcrotorfreak If you paid me to live there I wouldn't crazy shit happens over there you got beheadings on public buses school shooters everyone has a gun tons of illegal immigrants, lots of crime why would anyone willingly go there.
@@rcrotorfreak That's nuts. They need to stand in line and come here legally. I welcome and support all "legal" immigrants. Not "illegal" immigrants. I live in South Texas and our crime rate has gotten pretty crazy. When you look at the daily arrest records for San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Laredo and other South Texas cities, the Illegal Alien crime rate is blatantly apparent.
@@danescottstephens Studies have shown that the majority of crimes are committed by US born citizens rather than illegal immigrants. You are just parroting the propaganda the fake news tells you to get you riled up.
I really wish you could taste the food over in Holland, I bet Evelina never wants to leave. Even people from the streets here eat fresher and better than in that restroom, ope l meant restaurant. The slight nausea indicates something, don't ignore your body signs if you try to keep alive! It almost seems as if the only safe spaces are the car and at home. And at garages.
Ivan, may this soup disaster serve as a learning experience for you and Evelyna, never believe advertising on the internet, you don't have to try cockroach barbecue just because many people say it's a great Thai delicacy 😅😅😅. Eat only food you already know and you trust, such as a good old Big Mac 😅😅
On a related anecdote, I recently went to a Mexican restaurant in the the Denver, CO area that didn't post their prices (that's REALLY unusual here). I went there because they advertised a dish that I haven't eaten in 40 years (turned out they didn't have the dish I was looking for anyway). It was in a Mexican strip mall and this hole in the wall restaurant got really good reviews from people who supposedly come from the region of Mexico where this style of food comes from. Trust me - I know good Mexican food and this wasn't it. I wound up paying $40 for three tacos and a couple of chicken legs in "authentic" Mole sauce with rice (all in all worth no more than $4 in actual food). They said they would bring my "change" out with my food, but they never did. They didn't even give me salsa with my tacos - which can make or break the dish. I just let it go as a "tip", because TBH, it reminded me of some of the times I spent in Mexico. Mexico is a wonderful place with great people, BUT sometimes, as a big white tourist, you get ripped off - it's universal :)
Hello comrade, I really enjoyed the review of the soup.😂 Personally I think the food stuff is more entertaining than the car stuff, although the Mercedes does make for more interesting content. Everybody knows nothing is more expensive than a "cheap" Mercedes. 😂😂😂
So, no 50-year-old soup for you! If Evelina had a nice big bowl of it, you could have had a major viral video on your hands, and she could have maybe set a Guinness Book distance record for projectile vomiting. Sometimes you have to do things like that for the sake of art.
Soups ranked by my favorite #1 France - Known for soups like bouillabaisse and French onion soup. #2 China - Famous for hot and sour soup, wonton soup, and various regional broths. #3 Thailand - Tom Yum and Tom Kha Gai are popular Thai soups known worldwide. #4 Japan - Renowned for miso soup and ramen. #5 Vietnam - Pho is a globally beloved Vietnamese soup. #6 Russia - Borscht is a well-known soup from this region. #7 Mexico - Pozole and tortilla soup are traditional Mexican soups.
Hi Ivan. Your vet was right. cats that don't go out and scratch on trees etc need to have their nails trimmed now and then. I have been looking after feral/stray cats for 35 years
Ivan, your English is awesome - but It would seriously help your cause to see Evelina learning a little English in each video - that would give you guys a lot of "brownie points" and perhaps more followers (right now, I don't think she's into the immigration 100% TBH). One of the biggest gripes Americans have with immigrants is a refusal to learn English and have everything catered to them by a bilingual system at the tax payers expense. My parents immigrated here, but they already started learning English during their immigration still outside the US.
TBH I never met immigrants in the US who didn't speak English, maybe times have changed. But in Australia it's very common for immigrants not to be able to speak English even after living here for 40 years 😮
@@Machka-j7q Its a thing in the US. We have entire city neighborhoods full of people who can barely tell you their address and phone number without a translator. They have their own newspapers, TV and radio stations. Personally I don't care that much since I'm an immigrant myself - BUT - native residence care (A LOT) about how their tax dollars are spent. I've been told to "SPEAK ENGLISH" when talking to my mother on the phone. Depending on the state - esp if you're anywhere in the Western US, we finally gave up and every official state document is in English and Spanish. Many states have drivers licenses in up to 33 languages (in the case of California). All that costs states money to maintain translators and updating paperwork to align with the latest laws. My question has always been - how can these people navigate a detour, or "right turn only", or "slow down, men at work", "school zone", "wrong way", or "construction next 5 miles", BUMP!.
Well things have certainly changed since I left. I agree immigrants should learn the language of the country they live in (I'm from a migrant background too). I'm sure Evalina will learn English when they live there- you can't expect people to always learn the language before moving there, and Ivan speaks English well.
@@Machka-j7q It just depends on where you were, and which immigrant group you were introduced to. I work in a professional building and all of my immigrant colleagues are well-read, and speak English fluently (with an accent). But if I drive 15 miles into another part of the city - it's basically Latin America / Mexico. Most of the jobs people who live here do such as cleaning, cooking, meat processing and construction don't really require them to step outside their comfort zone. Many have an 8th grade education (or less). Recent Venezuelan arrivals have the highest education - many with bachelors degrees while those who came before from El Salvador are much further down the rung through no fault of their own. I can understand those who came illegally have little interest - since any day, they could be on an ICE Air flight back to their country of origin. But those who gain asylum or residency by legal means have little excuse. I sometimes speak Spanish (that's my fourth language) with the cleaning staff at my building - but sometimes I just don't feel like context-switching and politely avoid them - on those days, I feel like I'm perpetuating the problem, so I don't.
I have a feeling your old light was not broken it sounds like you have ghosts in the machine. And doing wiring on the front harness sometimes can be very expensive and some people don't even like fooling with it hopefully it's just one of your connections and will be an easier fix. Good luck if you can't afford to maintain expensive vehicles you probably shouldn't buy them it's not an insult. High-end cars require very expensive maintenance. Your cat is beautiful. That Civic was so clean
Ivan, you don't have to replace the brake disc every time you replace the pads. Discs are expensive and original Mercedes or BMW discs are even more expensive. Many mechanics like to replace brake discs unnecessarily. Stay awesome 🤟

If you would like that Evelina is immigrating into the USA with you together, it may be necessary that Evelina is married to you. You better inform yourself.
Love your content Ivan, be careful though Thailand is weird with free speech. Someone left a bad review on a hotel once and got thrown in jail over it.
That old soup place looked nasty. It would be nice if the apartment back home would finally sell. That S-Class is a nice car, so fixing it up is good, but like you said, it costs a lot. Ivan, here in the US sourdough yeast cultures get to be fifty years old or older. I go to a little restaurant that serves buckwheat (a grass really) pancakes, a regional delicacy, year around and I imagine their yeast is at least fifty years old. The yeast does improve the cakes with age. Add maple syrup, a couple of sausage patties and maybe an egg and you have a meal!
