That what this channel is all about buddy! If it keeps one person from going to the pen and messing up their life that Larry did his job!!! Rite Larry 🤝👍 🖕👮♂️
That's right. Don't break the law. There's nothing cool about prison. I have never been arrested, but assume that most people who end up in prison are desperate people. When you're desperate, your perception is distorted. You don't see things clearly, like somebody who is not desperate.
Being an ex-con myself hearing you tell these stories brings back memories and everything you say is the truth the sick stone cold sad truth.your a good dude love your videos.wish I would have never done what I did but I'm a better man today.
If it has a prison chapter, then Larry could give them authentic ideas for characters. They love realism (to some point, not combat obviously...) after all. Ive never served a day of any sentence, but ive been arrested and detained etc for over 50 times till now. 🤔
Imagine how many people die each year from the lack of care from prison staff...its sad to think a person that just died, has a couple guards laughing like it's a joke...😠
Imagine how many people died at the hands of those inmates... its sad to think people now have sympathy for the killers and scumbags rather than the victims and their families, who by the way... did nothing wrong and didn't deserved to be killed/raped/robbed/etc. IMAGINE!
@@ejcheli No. Don't imagine. Find out and then bring them before a court. Prosecute and sentence them as they deserve. Not as you 'imagine'. They might be bad dudes but they should be tried by an impartial court for what they did, not what you 'imagine'. We can't have a criminal justice system based upon 'imagination'.
Also rip arch my uncle died in jail with cancer coz they wouldn’t let him get medical help for some reason he only went to jail coz he tried to see his kids which his wife stole from him
My Uncle did 24 years for Armed Robbery. Until I was 26 he was always another voice on the phone, but I knew that he only had certain times to use the phone. So even if my grandparents weren't home to take the call. I would sit and talk to him for 10 to 15 mins. Usually around once a month. Lol, he was even my pen pal in 6th grade. I wouldn't trade those few min. and those letters, although sometimes graphic, for the world. He taught me life lessons over the phone and I had a firm grip of reality at a young age. Thank you Larry for sharing these stories of yours.... It really takes me back to my childhood talking to my Uncle...
I really respect Larry for turning some really traumatic shit into something that can educate and inform people. This channel is one of my favorites because the stories, no matter how disturbing or upsetting they may seem, shed light on some of the darker parts of the prison system that go unnoticed by many people.
im really sorry to hear about your friend Larry, that story and the ones following are just horrifying. Its a real shame our system that was made for rehabilitation is now just a source of brutality.
@@LarryLawtonJewelThief I'd really hope so. We've got to be better, its our kids that are going to lead these lives and end up at the mercy of these systems we've either put into place or enabled to exist.
@@LarryLawtonJewelThief 😂 not with Kamala as VP it’s so unfortunate she was picked to be in such a powerful position with her track record in California

The longest stretch I ever had was just 8 months in a County Jail in Maryland (right outside of Washington DC). I've never had to experience or even see most of the stuff you have. I thank God for that everyday. I love how you want and are helping the youth and people in general. That's what God wants us all to do. Much love Larry.
“In this video I’m going to tell you about the horrific, violent assaults I saw in prison, but first let me tell you about all the violent assaults YOU can commit in RAID SHADOW LEGENDS!”
Hearing these stories reminded me of the time my oldest brother was in a regional prison in Cleveland, Mississippi (Bolivar County Regional Correctional Facility) and I went to go visit him. I was 4 or 5 years old (2003-2004) and I remember going to the restroom and there was a photo collage on the wall with pictures of things that happened inside the prison. There were pictures of guys laying in the bathroom floor covered in blood, covered with bruises, their bodies with cuts on them, feces all in someone’s cell or in the bathroom. I had never seen that stuff before, and at 4-5 years old I was so disturbed and terrified. I was terrified that something would happen to my brother in there, but luckily he didn’t stay in there long before he was released. I also remember on visitations he would tell us stories of things that happened in there.
@@LarryLawtonJewelThief That would actually make an amazing video idea considering majority of people really don't even have the slightest clue how a prison is set up aside from knowing there's cells lol
@@nathancollyer5533 yep. They are disqualified as human beings and they are far too disgusting to be animals. I would classify them as the bacteria that feeds on raw sewage, although that might be a bit generous.
"You know when you do anything crazy, you're hopped up. it's just the way it is, you're hopped up. And I'm frickin hopped up, and I get back to the unit and I'm all hopped up." Put that on a T-Shirt and sell it. One of the best things I've heard anyone say... Great vid Larry! Keep it up!
Comes from a generation of tough sobs my late father was a Vietnam vet and you wanna talk about a man who stayed upbeat for the rest of his life but never once talked about his war time different mold different type of person imo the molds were broken these men will only exist through stories sad fact!
@@scrappyhustler7467 I have an uncle who's a Desert Storm vet, and he manages to keep it together as well and laugh like any other person. He still has night terrors about the war though. He was an expert marksman so he's seen and done some shit that's had an effect on him. He keeps it moving though. He's also able to do target practice using his sniper air rifle without having any episodes
Ive seen quite few of your videos and I am convinced by your joy in descriptions of violence you have perpetrated yourself in prison over petty things, especially head injuries, makes me think you are not in fact reformed but have a new hustle. That shit is gonna change someones life forever neurologically. You are so cool dude.
@@LarryLawtonJewelThief RU-vid's algorithm brought me here a day ago, and I've been thinking similar, though I don't think I'd call your skills _immaculate._

Not only do I love your videos Larry, but I am saving them into a program called Pocket so I can rewatch them later. I have nothing but respect for you sir and wish nothing but the best for you and your family. The way you pulled your way out of the depths of despair proves to me that you are a good man.
I love listening to Larry's stories!!! I have a lot of respect for Larry. I would love to sit down with Larry and have a cup of coffee with him and just chat about his experiences. I love how he says the word: Supposedly....he pronounces the word "Supposebly"...It just cracks me up!!
It's terrible to hear you describe all these moments, particularly the parts where your friends have died or killed themselves. I am so sorry that you had to experience those. Although obviously not on the same scale, I also witnessed death firsthand and I can tell ya, witnessing all of that happening and not being able to do anything about it hurts a lot. And like you said, you relive those moments, I felt that hard. I also still relive those moments where I've watched three close pets of mine die. Two of them were euthanasia, we knew they were dying and though ultimately we decided to spare them from more pain, I still cry now and then thinking I could have done something more. Again I know it's not the same scale as having a friend die and to experience that, I just can really sympathize with that pain. The third death of my pet was naturally in front of me. A cat of mine died of kidney failure, we were going to get him euthanized the next day but overnight I couldn't sleep because he was struggling so much and eventually I just watched everything happen as he died. That feeling of helplessness sticks with you.
The Buffer Machine story is absolutely insane! That’s crazy he survived that. What happened to him after that? Did you ever speak to him at any point after that? How was his body damaged from that? Was his collarbone crushed? Was he paralyzed after that? He obviously sustained some permanent lifelong injuries in exchange from surviving that? If I were the one witnessing that, I probably would have been too frightened to even leave my cell.
when they say humans have moved past brutality like what they did in the medieval ages............. their wrong..........this kind of violence should not exist nor should be wished upon your worst enemies.
bacon get scammed - no im not? it’s a proven fact that in countries where* prisoners are actually treated well and are rehabilitated have like a ridiculously low reoffence rate...
@@AB-zc5ff you've clearly never been locked up. Treat a man like an animal and they'll become one, especially when surrounded by people who already have that mentality in a concrete and steel jungle. There's basically no difference from a zoo animal
I’m really sorry to hear about the friends you lost along the way, it must have felt terrible to have had no ability to prevent that poor man from taking his own life.
You probably saved a lot of lives with this video , by keeping people in check and not getting into trouble to avoid these situations in prison or jail . Good job 👍🏽
It's so appalling and inhumane the way the prison system operates, and it makes it worse knowing how much more people care about whether or not a damn lobster has a big enough tank on the outside than the stuff going on inside. Worse yet are the folks who justify it with BS like 'they shouldn't have broke the law'. Man, the people I've met who've done serious time, I don't think a single one wasn't screwed right out of childhood and keep ending up back in because of how rigged it is. For the people who TRULY need it, there aren't nearly the resources or even effort put out toward actual rehabilitation. What are you supposed to do when you come out and can't get work, can't secure housing, can't catch a break? I respect the hell out of Larry for telling it like it is. It's gotta be hard, there are so many things I don't ask friends because there is real trauma they've experienced. All my love man, keep up that good fight and keep educating folks, because so much gets silenced.
That’s exactly it. Homelessness, addiction etc, it all starts at childhood. I live in a bad area and it really hit me when this crackhead was pushing a baby stroller, and smoking a cigarette, and it ashed into the baby’s face below, she went “arhghh fcukk” and smudged it off….. That baby is fucked. There is no solution other than the state removing children or sterilizing people. Obviously, no one is going to vote for that.
Thank you for this! I’ve never done a day in prison nor do I have any criminal record, but the callous way people react to prisoner abuse is absolutely sickening. Not only are these people…well, people … but many of them are in prison for crimes that caused little to no harm. Furthermore, abusing them and laughing at their abuse only increases the likelihood that they will act violently in prison and when they are released. Do I want people to be held responsible for their crimes? Absolutely! But I also want these people to get better. Or, at the very least, not get worse.
This is why prison scares me I can handle myself wit ppl but the guards are what scares me u could be seizing out on the ground and they’ll give u pepto bismol and tell u ur okay
Larry , you have one of the most beneficial , and compassionate channels on y-tube . Telling the truth about America's prison system is doing God's work . Thank you very much .
@LarryLawtonJewelThief hey man, I appreciate these videos and I really hope your prison reform efforts are going strong and helping alot of people. My father spent many years of his life in prison too and now has passed away watching these videos makes me feel like my dad Is telling these stories almost
Hey Larry! Glad to see another upload, me and my dad talked about some of your story’s in the car the other day while my mother was inside shopping, Keep up the great work, Much respect Larry
Hey Larry, I’ve always wondered this. What did your friends/family think about your criminal career? We’re they ever curious how you lived such a lavish lifestyle? Did they ever ask any question about how you came into all that money?
@@LarryLawtonJewelThief So did no family members ever ask about your career? That just seems so complex and difficult to do. Did you ever have a backup story on how you had money?
The screams of people always get to me. Some people can shrug it off, and I don't know how they do it, but to me, the screams are the things I cannot forget.
Yeah, its not the same but my son went falling face first into the edge of a glass wall of a busstop. Screamed his head off. Its the kinda scream that you know something is wrong. A scream of pain.
Several years ago there was a woman who fell and got her hair caught in an escalator. I will never forget those screams. I can't imagine what it must be like in prison hearing those death screams.
It messes my head up just hearing about it. I did time in various British prisons in the past and I've seen some brutal things but American prisons are on a whole other level. Just seeing documentaries and hearing about it from someone who has been through it would be enough to put me off crime.
Larry, your doing great man I've been subscribed for the past year and listen to all your videos when I'm jogging everyday. Easy way to pass the time. Talk more about your crime days. I don't mind the prison talk but I bet a lot of people wanna hear more about your life pre-prison!
I love listening to your stories as its something that is ever really spoken about publicly. Much respect to you Larry, hope your well through this pandemic
Larry Lawton is a great story teller, and he's come through the system: he's still a very scary man, though. He's a good man, but you wouldn't want to cross him.
