LOL, since I'm in the aviation industry, the flying part in the beginning was so ridiculous that I just couldn't continue. Seriously, who has ever heard of an airplane only having decompression in the back and not the cockpit??? Everyone donned masks but not the pilots?

I had my brother (who is studying to be a pilot) react to this drama and it was hilarious seeing him reacting to the plane crash scene. 😂

here, medical school, not only you have to have brain, majoring biology science at high school but also have more more money than average. not only that, even if you get through it, unless you have "channel". its pretty hard to get job on big place.

true. when i want to choose a drama to watch, I'll search for the scripwriter and director first or when one's drama will air soon which cast is my favourite actor/actress, i will look up who write and direct it, especially a korean drama.

C dramas us dubbing because chinese have alot of accent.

@@killiansirishbeer Exactly in my country there are so many dialects and languages like the people of each area speak so differently which I, as a native can't understand any of the words used sometimes. But for series the actors speak the standard language so others can understand perfectly.

As a non-Chinese speaking foreigner, I find both Chinese and Korean drama to be infinitely more original and innovative than many other countries. I cannot imagine a drama made in the west as engrossing as Nirvana in Fire, Love me if you dare, and the myriad films and dramas that come out from both countries. I don't care about sub-titles, I learnt reading them from an early age, as I had a mother interested in foreign film. Often I become so engrossed in a drama that I am virtually unaware that there are subtitles. I would be horrified if China or Korea changed to 'appease' a foreign market. How bland and uninteresting for all non-Chinese speakers.

Cdrama industry has very little incentive to expand to foreign markets, which is part of the problem. Unlike smaller countries like Korea, Chinese domestic market is the main source of their earnings. Because of cultural/language barriers most Chinese only watch Chinese dramas, especially after the Hallyu ban. As a result, cdramas don't need to compete internationally. It's not like hardware products such as cell phones where Chinese brands have to compete with Apple and Samsung domestically and internationally. My only hope is in Chinese Animation. It will likely be the first C-ent industry to reach top-notch international standard because they have to compete with animation works from Japan and America. Plus, idols are not the main selling point as in cdramas. A bad script in animation will not sell.

@@onowhere2653 but they're expanding iqiyi and wetv both promote chinese dramas on facebook, twitter and youtube they really want to go international but china isn't a western ally country like japan and south korea so breaking the western market is unlikely for cdramas not to mention how much the west hates censorship and ongoing cold war between the US and China.

The dreams the FL had were mostly deleted from the drama because of some issues regarding airing scenes that talk about predicting the future or something like that. I read that they had no choice but to delete the dream scenes due to censorship. If you want to watch some of the deleted scenes, just search it here on RU-vid. It's a pity they didn't include those scenes because it would have made the viewers understand the plot of the drama more. But anyway, I actually loved the drama.

I don't think it is right to generalize LOF and claim it is a "bad drama" before getting at least far enough to have the plot pick up. A lot of shows improve over time, and hopefully thats the case with LOF.

As for the male lead, his voice doesn't match him either. The whole audio is off and they all sound bad. China needs to stop dubbing. That shit is annoying. Honestly, lof looks like a cheap drama that was most likely expensive to film because zly is an overpriced actress and wyb probably charged more than what he deserves simply because he became famous for selling sugar. Before you attack me, I'm not Yibo anti. I just want a good drama, which lof isn't. The CG is so crappy.

I myself don't think its the right thing to do since I believe ignoring Xiao Zhan because of what fans or anti fans say means that you're only supporting this kind of trend. I feel like people need to rise above the problem, show their stance and stand with what is right rather than running away from the problem. And the fact is that Xiao has never done anything wrong and doesn't deserve to be ignored. However I would not say Avenue x is a hater, she has her own opinions and has made a choice and we as Xiaofeixia must respect it, especially now when everything we do is linked with Xiao Zhan.

I just watched a few clips... Bcz I was hanged in the legend of yunxi both comic and drama...

I think the point of this Blooms is to give audiences a good closure for their OTP from Legend of Yunxi. The story itself doesnt make sense, what they called dreaming about futures (arent well executed, I dont understand what its all about), especially the main villains. If he was so smart, why didnt he investigate cleary about his mother death?, also the so called legendary Ruyilo , an organization that was so popular and lasted for so long time, the master died just like that.....I really dont get it. I actually watched it until eps 32 (with fast forward clicking) just to see some sweet moments between the main couple and the second couple

I feel like she is ruining all her new dramas with her bland acting!! I am fearful for her new project with Joseph Zeng, cause again she might ruin it for me. Joseph is a very talented actor!

@@liliachan3753 you should check Joseph new drama...The Ultimate Note....quite interesting if you like this genre...but I just cant shake a feeling that the somehow there was something awkward with the acting...I dont know maybe I am being biased after watching Reunion. It could very well be Yukee Chen... something about her acting that I couldn't connect with her every time. Same thing with Ashes of Love. Her story could totally be skipped. Just filler episodes

Try this drama out. 💛An oriental odyssey (Fantasy, comedy romance, action) 50 eps • I also have a mixed impression of this drama, it has its issues but overall I enjoyed watching it. 💛Die Now ( Suspense, mystery, sci fi, death game, parallel universe. ) 20 eps • This is also one of the best drama I've ever watched. This drama is for those who love games, mystery liar games. I also think of dropping it at first, but when I reached ep3 or 4 i think, is where the drama gets really interesting that i can't stop watching it. 💛Missing person( Suspense, Thriller, Mystery, Sci Fi) 20 eps. •This drama is the real mystery drama, i can't really guess what's happening. In the end, it left some answers to my questions, but still leave me confused. It still has a season 2 btw which is not yet currently aired. As you can see, i thought of dropping some of this drama at first, but in the end, they caught my attention the most. I recommend you this drama because i really think its worth to watch, not because of the popularity of the drama or the actors, but because of the plot itself. I thought of sharing this because most of the drama I listed are really underrated ( it has really few views when I watched it) and I don't understand why so. I found most of the popular, most loved drama such a waste of time, so all these drama I recommend is really worth it. I'd be really glad if you add them to your watchlist.

That drama was horrendous. I can’t believe I tortured myself into watching 3/4 of the episodes. The acting was laughable, the story was laughable too, and the chemistry was quite non-existent between the leads. Huge waste of time

The same partner the story of Yun Xi. This show was enough for me. The couple was zero chemistry, so I imagine that in Ruyi Pavillion it must be the same or worst just like you say.

i feel like the chemistry was not there and there was so many unnecessary misunderstandings. i cant even remember how many times to broke up and then get back together. Not to mention the FL doens have any trust for the male lead while the ML def loved the FL a lot more.

and honestly couldn't care less about the main couple the secondary couple was so much more entertaining

Agree Romance of Tiger and Rose is amazing. First c drama this year that I watched without fast forward clicking, and made me dont want to watch k drama again 🤣🤣🤣
