yeah you were withdrawing, but you were never addicted. Benzos are powerful drugs, and to actually be addicted, can be life threatening when withdrawing. Your doctor may have been right, it's okay to take when panic attacks are coming on, what she was wrong about is you should have also been prescribed another antidepressant that isn't a benzo like Paxil, something for you to take every day, so you don't depend on the Ativan for relief all the time. I've never been addicted to benzos, but I was addicted to painkillers for a while, and I know how it can sneak up on you pretty quickly. Sorry you had to go through that, and hopefully you'll figure out a way to find relief from anxiety. I'm going back to the doctor soon for my anxiety, I need something for panic attacks as well.

I have sever panic attacks. I also have APD (Addictive Personally Disorder). I don't take any meds for any of it. Thank you Max for being so open about this. A lot of us are struggling with these issues.

Not one thumb down. ;-))) You need panic. (running away from the mammoth) But the people from the nWo (depopulation and everything else negative) just are bad people. Just good people do see that. But their souls will end in hell.

I'm very thankful that I'm down to 1 or 2 panic attacks a month, which means 1 or 2 Xanax a month. I'm the same about being obsessive about what drugs or anything that I'll put in my body. I think it's because we can't control our anxiety, so we are obsessive about controlling whatever we can.

Your doctors in the USA are so different from the doctors in the uk. My doctor has pointed out how easier it is to get addicted to the medication I take when my panic attacks are extreme. I only take mine when my panic attacks are totally debilitating which is maybe once every couple of months and if I took mine more regular my doctor would stop my medication. I would be having strong words with your doctor about how blasé they were about medication that's highly addictive they totally gave you the wrong advice and it's not right to tell you there like having a beer sorry that's bollocks. It really is unbelievable that a doctor gave you such crap advice and really unfair to you. So pleased you realised before it was to late.

I used to have really bad anxiety and derealazation dont take meds makes it worse in the long run just gotta stay strong your a man remember that.

Just found your channel. I'm glad to know that other people go through this, and it's really good of you to get on here and talk about how you are feeling. I've been on medicine for years and I feel like it's just made it worse. Thanks for posting videos like this. You're amazing for that.
