Sorry about your experience. Thanks for sharing your story. 630 euros for a 'couture' dress is quite a low price. I would be suspicious. That price is suitable for a mid range designer ready to wear. It sounds like it was just made to measure in a sweat shop in China. 😢

Just a thought (analysing it as a business case).....for something that's made-to-measure and supposedly couture, the low quality is fishy. Plus the repeated delays and ghosting and not being able to communicate openly. Here's my guess: it's false advertising. The company uses some nicely made pieces for celebrities and magazine publicity to drum up the hype and to justify the high-end pricing. BUT IN REALITY...they likely often outsource many of the orders to poorer 3rd party tailors in Kosovo, or to 3rd party tailors in other cheaper garment-manufacturing countries eg. Bangladesh, Vietnam, China. No quality control in some haute couture workshop (like what you are led to believe you are paying for), just whoever is available to sew up the dress according to some vague instructions. This accounts for their inability to communicate clearly and keep you up to date closely with how the dress is coming along. In short, they are selling 'make-believe' couture, not real couture, at marked-up prices.

Girl… I feel your pain!!! I went through this exact same thing but with Valdrin Sahiti, YES, the designer Beyoncé, Kyle, Cardi and a bunch of other celebrities are wearing to events like the Oscar’s! I can’t sleep rn because my horrendous experience from 3 years ago suddenly came to mind so I had to RU-vid to see if someone has experienced my pain. I’m so upset that my 💩 dress is still hanging in my closet, complete waste of money!! And u just inspired me to make a RU-vid video so other people can avoid them at all costs!

Please what to do, I just purchased a wedding gown from candy couture the dress came dirty. I called Candy couture they won,t refund me my dress or exchange I'm stuck and I have no wedding dress. How can I get my money back or a wedding gown. Did someone have this horrible experience from Candy Couture. The agent started making fun of me. The supervisor told me to wash my gown with water.

And I placed the same order at Albina Dyla and spent 600€ for a dress for prom night, but this dress was not made by Albina herself but by her staff and that's why they don't turn out as good

I honestly could sense it from affar, I think we have developed a third sense to recognise this scams. Like "vinty jewelry", who sells 30 dollar earrings that you can find in DH GAte for 50 cents. I feel Lichi is the same, if you were to reverse search the dresses they probably come from a cheap warehouse.

Extremely unfortunate. Sadly, this is the truth with most of these instagram based brands that claim to be luxury fashion houses that provide couture finishings. That dress is indeed very poorly made. Even though you did not show much of it I could tell that the seam work was bad as well. I am a fashion designer and would know. Also, this might seem controversial but from the get go the price of the dress should of been a big red flag. A dress like that, entirely embelished with crystals ( of the best quality as you said they claim ) would NEVER in any white, blue or red moon cost just 630 dollars. It’s not just the price of the embelishments but the time and amount of difficult work that goes into makeing it. My guess is that this dress was most likely embelished in one of those asian countries that sadly are exploited for their low work pay and could also be the reason why it didn’t get on time to you because those embelishing ‘companies’ have huge work demand and usually take multiple months to privide services for even just one garment. I am sorry for your experience, I hope you have better luck next time. I still think you should get a beautifully embelished diamante dress to have in your collection as a statement. I find it also beautiful that you collection couture every year!

Everyone who is still thinking to order from them THINK AGAIN. I fell in love with one of the dresses for my sisters wedding and gave them 6 months to ship it out. Emailed them once every week or 2 to touch base with them. 3 days before it was suppose to ship out I email them Again and they respond saying the fabric is out of stock and send me a picture of the cheapest fabric I've ever seen they can use instead. This was for my sisters wedding where I am the only bridesmaid, she planned her colors around that dress. I really hope it comes in on time. Idk what to Do if not

Giiiiirll as someone who comes from the same country they are based in(not the territory), you can literally buy better materials at Bombaj textile(local material shop) for like 50$, and get better dress custom made for 50$ at any local tailors shop that specializes in dresses. Who they fooling with the 'luxury' in the name and that price tag lmaoo

So very sad for you. This unfortunate unprofessionalism ruined your birthday celebration. This is why you must always order these things at least three to four months before the month you need them. Just in case you end up dealing with massive incompetence. If my celebration was set for say, July 18th. I would place my order on March 1st and demand to receive it by June 1st just to be sure it is in my hands at least one month before my special date.

well you buy couture from a poor country in Europe. Many western well off European Countries will think twice ordering actually from Albania or Kosovo. Honestly they do not have a good reputation in general.
