In addition the Byzantium focus tree gets virtually unlimited manpower if you complete all of your objectives, getting insane buffs to recruitable population, cores on all the balkans, Italy, the levant, Egypt, Lydia and Tunisia. In addition to the combat buffs you get for retaking all the Byzantine land, this can make Greece possibly the strongest end game nation in the game. It is really difficult to pull off since you need both axis and allied land to do it.

as someone who has like 400+ hrs on greece, the Metaxas is by far the best path especially if you do the "use the military" side of that tree. Free factories, a research slot, a way into the allies for free and free cyprus.

Honestly though, despite not being the biggest channel around, isorrow has a special place in my heart.
