My guess is they didn't know how to implement a proper aim/shooting mechanic so that's why there's no bow whatsoever lol.

That bow and arrow was a joke, an insult to the protagonist's trademark. (Imagine if Link from Zelda has a sword, but never used it for the entire game but for cutscenes).

This is why Mel Brooks' "Robin Hood: Men in Tights" exists, to satirize Robin Hood's Robin Hood-like persona and to quell his massive ego.

Had me laughing from the first sentence. Out of all the games you've played, this one seems the most frustrating. Perhaps it wasn't that way, but just watching the highlights made me want to pull out my hair.

Unlike most versions of Robin Hood this one, instead of robbing the rich and giving it to the poor instead surrenders and begs for mercy as soon as the rich catch him stealing from them.

So, the horrible PS1, rail-shooter-esque game that "features" Robin Hood isn't the worst adaptation of the "Forest Archer? I am amazed and horrified at the same time, good "job", Oxygen Games. Bad attempts at comedy, camera, gameplay and overall everything which may be involved in the making of a game. And a game where you can't use your god-forsaken bow? Wow, talk about a cop out... In essence, you're stuck with Shitty Gear Solid with no actual combat to speak of. Isn't that lovely?

Idk about this game before, but the ONLY BIG POINT this game has to me is I am able to roam around walk like that , what I usually love in games, I don’t mind trying out new game ideas like those but I’d keep on busting of laughter on the “Wrong Side” one, tho it’s not something I’d tell my friends I played RobinHood but it’s something I’ll end up loving with its new idea. Even if it’s not the type I’d talk about because this is a very popular nobel, legend, but something I’ll still say in that ending “That’s it???? Nothing more???” That’s when I’ll end up replaying and just don’t mind messing up by roaming around as I said earlier.
