The WORST Individual Services In Hell's Kitchen History 

What are some other all time bad individual services you guys can think of?

I genuinely believe Raj isn’t actually a chef and just went on Hell’s Kitchen for a laugh, how could someone who supposedly has more experience than Chef Ramsay himself end up being probably the worst chef in terms of talent in Hell’s Kitchen History.

What really makes Nilka’s case sad is that even Gordon sounds sad and disappointed, barely angry. You can tell he had high hopes for her, glad he gave her a personal send off though

The thing about Josh is that even as Gordon's reacting to all the unnecessary pans of Risotto being prepared, you can see him dropping Spaghetti mid-conversation. The guy was just completely on autopilot during that service.

Raj is the kind of guy who would wake someone up to remind them about their sleeping pills.

5:33 Ramsay telling J to "Get out" several times in a row without drawing breath is impressive and scary at the same time

I also thought about Lacey's mid-service elimination in Season 5 ("I can't cook meat!") and Melissa from Season 8's back-to-back bad services that saw her ruining 23 steaks and 7 pounds of scallops.

Do an episode about the chefs who got eliminated but were allowed to keep their jackets because Chef respected their hard work.

Definitely deserves a part 2. * Matt's Black Jacket service in Season 4. * Andy in Season 6's ninth service. * Nedra's Blue Jacket service in Season 11. * Nicole from Season 12. Both services. * Kevin's fifth service from Season 15. * Giovanni's Steakhouse service from Season 5. * Sharon in Season 4's second service.

I wonder what is going through the mind of Josh. "Okay, I know gordon said we cook pasta to order, and I know it useless to cook it before its used.... but if I just cook a little pasta..." Its like its the only thing he feels secure making, so he just keeps doing it to look like he is doing something

It was interesting seeing Sous-Chef Scott scream at Raj as well, considering that you usually only hear Ramsey scream

I’m surprised Joy wasn’t on here. I know Joy wasn’t a bad cook but that meltdown she had during the black jacket service was shocking. She just gave all of it up and she definitely could’ve been in final two had she kept her composure.

I'm sorry but Gordon slamming Raj's fish and yelling "RAW!!!" had me bursting out in tears. 9:15

The sheer disappointment in Ramsey's voice when Nilka goofs up is actually heart breaking. You can tell he really believed in her as a chef and seeing her break down like that really didn't make him happy, he doesn't yell at her until right at the end when I'm pretty sure he is contractually obligated to scream "get the fuck out".

It just shows how bad Raj is that he has a segment in every single one of your videos

You forgot one: Ramsey: "3 halibad, 1 bass, 1 chicken! What are we going with?" Jeremy: "Have you ever had a dream where..."

Ramsay: This pigeon's that raw, it can still fly! USA: *And still be used as our spy camera!* Executive chef...executive chef of his house is more like it

I love it when he keeps shouting 'get out' over and over again. Bonus is when he throws a towel at them, lol.

Josh might’ve crashed and burned with his pasta pile, but I still laugh every time his confessional comes on with the plane crash noise.

Nilka screaming "No Chef please don't say that!" gets me every time. xD

I think one service that should be pointed out is Frank from Season 13 Episode 9. Frank messed up badly on that service on the fish station. Frank's screw ups set the red team so backed up, the blue team had to come in and help finish the red team's service. Bad start with scallops to having overcooked salmon that were extras in case Frank messed up on the original order.

I've always felt Louie was a plant to get Robert back on. Like can anyone realistically expect a diner chef whose signature dish is biscuits and gravy to stand a chance cooking lamb/risotto/fish/etc?

I always feel bad for Nilka. Maybe cus I have been in similar situations. Bad days ruining a lot of things.

Ahh, Raj. You never fail to disappoint.

I did love Coleen in her season despite her performance being poor. You could tell the contestants liked her too and were constantly saving her from being a nominee. Hells, even as Ramsay broke his own rules and eliminated her without her being nominated, he still gave her praise for her tenacity and told her to never stop.

I don’t know why but I lost it at 8:32! “$4.75. With coffee.” 😂 just his face and the timing

My first thought was Sebastian from Season 11 but I don't know if that counts as the show highlighted his childish nicknames and the fact he had to be kicked out three times instead of service mistakes. Though the guy could not cook risotto. Also forgot how heated Chef Scott at Raj during that service. That guy is scary

Josh was the first person I ever seen Gordon Ramsey chase down and get his jacket back then proceeded to curse his ass out some more while still walking behind him 😆

If I remember correctly, Josh didn’t have a single good service the entire time he was on the show. Chef Ramsay himself even told Josh he was the only one out of the whole crew who didn’t have a good individual service. How this man got a black jacket in the first place is a mystery that might never be solved.

Where is Melissa Season 8's performance? She wasted 23 PIECES OF FILLET, and the next day, she wasted A WHOLE TRAY OF SCALLOPS. That has to be the worst food fuckups in Hell's Kitchen history.

I don't know how, but you have the perfect balance of playing the scenes in the list and describing the context behind them. I've never watched an episode, but I feel like I know exactly what's going on

I refuse to believe that Josh didn't do that on purpose. It's like he saw that he wouldn't make it, then decided to cause the most damage he could before getting out

Raj did so badly in Hell's Kitchen that he's probably the second most famous person in the history of the show only after Ramsey himself

Tevon is proof that there is such a thing as "too young to be executive Chef."

I think people really underestimate or outright don't understand how difficult the numbers make it, The higher the number of chefs working on 1 ticket the worse and inconsistent that ticket will be, There is a reason irl you will never have a full brigade work on a single ticket, One chef can do a ticket far more capably then 7 working the same ticket, When you do it solo or in a small group say 2 chefs, 3 at the absolute most its easier to keep things consistent, Communication is simpler and you have a firm grasp on timing, The more people involved the more needs to be communicated, 1 person has to wait for another but that person cant fire til another is partway done, The way hk is set up the teams are set up to fail, Theres a reason the contestants seem to get more competant the smaller the teams get and its not because they are learning to be better chefs, While im sure they do gain some skill through the competition the difference between the skill they go in and leave with would be very minimal even for the winners, Its more a case the less people the less links in the chain that can fail and the easier it is to fix it before it becomes a problem

Josh (season 14) from episode 4 and 5 of all stars (season 17) he was so bad that neither the red or blue team wanted him and honestly had some of the worst mistakes I’ve ever seen

Nilka's service is defo #1 but the following service has got to have the worst meltdown by a single black jacket (ed) past the first 4 seasons

Clemenza is probably one of the more entertaining chefs in Hell's Kitchen History. Fun fact, both him and Robin were also on Cutthroat Kitchen.

Fantastic video as always! Should you make a part 2, could I recommend Gabriel’s final service from S12? Because wow was that a multitude of mistakes to pile up so close to the black jackets!

You know for what its worth, as bad as Josh was being a black jacket cook, he handled his ejection surprisingly well. Most chefs in his situation would beg their way into getting another chance let alone meltdown. However, Josh accepted the fact that he messed up and never talked back to Chef Ramsay.

"NO! NONONONO! GET OUT" The way he grabs the egg from J and yells at him kike a 3 year old trying to fuck up something is hilarious

I'm surprised Lacey's performance from Season 5 Episode 8 isn't on this list, her performance on the meat station in that episode was one of the most disastrous performances in the history of Hell's Kitchen

I genuinely love Raj. Man’s on the show just to make us smile. Sure he wasn’t a talented chef, but he’s a top tier entertainer. He should pursue that business.

Why isn’t Season 9 Elise’s top 5 service on here? She was an utter disaster, upwards of 15 errors that service.

watching raj cook is like watching a fish try to climb a tree

since cauleen was mentioned, she still got gordons respect. maybe not by her talent as a chef, but by how tenacious she was. she didnt give up and despite everything she had to endure, she didnt quit. and gordon credited her for it.

I have to applaud the people that found & kept Raj they knew he had no chance at winning but knew he'd be hilarious/sad & convinced people high up in the show to keep him for a few episodes

What i loved most about Nilka's elimination is that everyone was genuinely trying to help her. Autumn tried to slow down for her. Jay stepped in to coach her on the Scallops. Jason encouraged her. Even even Benjamin was stepping in when she was struggling on the Turbot.
