Remember Rayleigh was casually deflecting Gear 4th attacks like they were nothing. My list would be. 1st. Roger and Rayleigh 2nd Shanks and Ben Beckman 3. Luffy and Zoro 4. Whitebeard and Marco 5. Doffy and Trebol Though realistically because of the way you gave this, I would have put Luffy and Zoro at 4, which would have put Whitebeard and Marco above them. Can't believe you friend Rayleigh is trash, I swear the OG's get no respect.
