My favorite bus moment was when Abby was trying to sleep and the girls put a Gummi worm in her mouth

I think it’d be interesting, if you can, to pull some scenes where stuff was orchestrated by producers/taken out of context and explain what really happened in them.. like how they manipulated a scene where Kira threw a bottle at the producers and made it look like it was at someone else.

I’m glad bus drivers have mandatory breaks. No one can safely drive for that many hours without stopping. I rode from Pennsylvania to Florida on a bus, and as much as I hated stopping in the middle of the night, I know it was super important. Thank you, bus drivers! 💜

I love learning more and more about what was really happening. Those producers should be ashamed. Not a single one of those girls, mothers or teachers had a shred of sanity by the time they were able to break their contracts.

I’m a bus driver myself, we have to have breaks after 5 and a half hours of driving. (4.5 hours if it’s more than 50km), there is SO much more to bus driving than just “sitting on his butt”.

When I was in dance our parents dropped us off and picked us up at the end of the night. If we were still in class, parents waited in the front dressing room by the doors. No one talked to the teacher, asked why the class was running late. The only time they would is if it was a special circumstance (used sparingly). If we went somewhere there were chaperones, and the instructors/owners. No pain in the ass parents in the dressing rooms at competitions, everyone always had what they needed. I can count maybe 5 times that something was missing or broken. Parents sat in the auditorium if they decided to go to the competition as a spectator, unless they were a chaperone. There were a few times that parents came back. A boy dancer peed their pants once and one poor girl got her period for the first time and needed to see her mom. That was really it. Parents worked bingos for fundraising and double checked that everything was ready and packed for a competition. My dad did step in when they would harass me about my weight. Not overweight or even anywhere close. He knew it would cause emotional damage in the long-term ( and he was right, it did).

Because I wanted to say “look here’s my driver’s license, lemme drive this bus” Lmao Abby has a great personality outside of dancing but in dancing she’s like a teacher in high school you never get along with.

In Scotland, drivers legally have to take a 20 minutes break ever 5 hours of driving. It's health and safety, in case of accident due to driving distraction ❤️

Abby I think they purposely just wanted you in rush hour. From everything I’ve gathered. These producers are horrible people. Taking advantage of children’s feelings. Manipulative behavior everywhere. Showing footage they only want shown. Honestly who would even want to work for these people. Glad you’re happy Abby.

It is true that bus drivers have to stop every few hours! In the UK I think it’s 4?? Or maybe 6? Just because it’s dangerous to drive heavy goods or people if you’ve been driving longer than 4 hours because of the risk of falling asleep at the wheel or loosing concentration

Hi Abby! I have a question: I know being a teacher is hard, but did u ever begrudge ur position? There were so many times where it looked like u could've just chosen not to care what the kids or moms said or did-or u could've forgiven them esp if their behavior improved- but it appeared u never chose a more positive outlook. What made u never want to forgive them or at least not care to a certain pt bc at least u were getting paid? I mean this in the most polite way bc I think u could've been really successful if hadn't allowed urself to be ruled by whether or not a student or mom was "grateful" enough or past negative comments ppl said about u. Those two things seemed to rule u, and I think if u hadn't time would've eventually shown u everybody gets "theirs" in the end even if they become super successful.

Something I learned today was that I like you more and more because you just say it like it is. A lot like I do with my daughter and my grandkids❤
