I think you're underrating Olave. The guy had a great rookie year with a washed Andy Dalton. Carr was able to support Adams. I could see Olave really having a great season with low competition and decent QB play.

Agree with you, but Travis Kelce is basically a wide receiver and his quarterback is the best in the league so he’s a solid 1st round choice. There’s so many wide receiver and running backs to choose from compared to the TE spot

In my league, its likely that RBs still fly off the shelf early. Would you still recommend grabbing wr if your pick 1 or 2?

My take on it, just thoughts.. for sure 2 receivers first then an RB. Honestly 3 receivers / 2 wr & 1 te will do it. Marathon not a sprint, receivers typically stay healthier through the season and it’s going to be a lotto with rb’s who get injured. Value in rb down at Mattison and Akers range even, all about touches and opportunity. Stack all that with a Watson at qb later on and you’ve got receivers like Jefferson (1), Adam’s, Olave, Lamb, Diggs, whoever falls to you, snag up a Hockenson or Andrew’s at tight end (love Kincaid on my bench) grab rb back ups on top offenses for your bench.. you’ll be scary good mid to late season when everyone else is dealing with losing an rb they drafted in round 1-3 and can’t make it. Let everyone else in your draft league spend this first picks on rb’s while you’re loaded at wr & te with rb value and a solid bench

First 2 years he had drew lock / teddy bridgwater throwing to him. Last year put up some good numbers under maybe the most dysfunctional offense in football under Nathanial Hackett. Don’t sleep on him in a Sean Payton lead offense.

Yeah but for me he’s worth it. He’s by far and away the most consistent wr in the league. He score 20+ points over 50% of the time he plays(I think it’s more like 71%) and Jj is next closest at 31%

You’re right about Brian Robinson. He is very underrated as a pass catcher. It’s better to think of Gibson as deebo Samuel. He’s huge fast and strong. He will be used a lot.

Hey Nick I know you not big on cmac in the top 3 spots but what do you think about grabbing him if you have the second pick in a 10 man league since the player pool will be bigger ? Will it makes sense to grab the rb 1 ? Wr 1 end up being waddle Wilson or amron. Home town league so they won’t be sharp drafters 4 guys are over 50 😂.

Kelce is basically a WR. its positional advantage. Andrews is always hurt or his qb is hurt. Kittle blocks too often. I have no issue taking kelce in the middle of the 1st. Tons of value in running backs and WR's. If i'm pick 5-7 and kelce is there im grabbing him always

Upside baby! If he stays healthy he's putting up top 5 numbers with a chance to finish 1. Young legs, right situation, he's gold this year. Even if Algier gets 150 carries there are 350 left. So it won't happen but Patterson gets the 100 you got Bijan getting 250 attempts and 40-50 targets.

I agree with alot of your takes. The Kittle one tho? Idk man. Dude is hurt so often, and when he's healthy, he can go numerous games giving u absolutely nothing. I've had him twice past 3yrs and he all but destroyed me. Had a nice finish last yr but I had already missed the playoffs by a hair during a stretch Kittle gave me like 4pts a game. Love him as a player but he just scares me in the 5th-6thrd.

Bro u said Derek carr throws down the field way more than jimmy G. Carr also locks onto one guy (Waller&renfrow for a while, davante last year). Olave led the league in air yards as a rookie. Carr and olave is a match made in heaven

Your James cook pick is the miss this year.. RB1 in a elite O in round 8. The over 14 Carries stat doesn’t carry as much weight as you think it does. He’s never been a true RB1 until this year in terms of potential volume. I think you may be overthinking this one for where he is going in drafts

His lack of volume dating back to college isn't a sign of coaching staffs screwing up, it was for a the same reason. Also with either Harris or Murray taking the GL, you're praying for bkg plays for Cook. Also Josh Allen is a lock for 7-9 rushing TDs so the main RB TD pie gets even smaller. This is a textbook "hate his ADP not the player" scenario.

Davante Adams was #3 in the NFL in YAC yards amongst WRs last year, just saying. #4 in 2021 and #1 in 2020. He can thrive in that style of offense, as well.

Absolutely 💯 on Adams.. he has been one of the top and more consistent recievers the last several year , but I also think Jimmy G is more a scheme QB and it seems McDaniels seems to not be a great coach to put Jimmy G in a position to succeed.. if Jacobs holds out , it will be much worse for Jimmy G

@@countrybumkiniii9003 , as I said , he is a consistent reciever.. Packers offensive scheme was totally different than the Raiders scheme for Hundley to still have success.. and Carr had chemistry with Adams already and was a better fit with Adams ... Jimmy G doesn't fit that role.. Adams may see a decline with Jimmy

I disagree with most people about David Montgomery getting goal line work away from Gibbs. I get it on paper but he conceded goal line carries to Herbert last year in Chicago, I feel like Gibbs is a 3 down back and will not get poached like J Williams was poaching swift

Agreed, he’s going to be great in that offense. 2 legit receivers and an ascending TE, along with a great RB. In the 4th he’s just fine and if he falls to the 5th, smash-smash-smash
