I have the same experience on fight night myself.. I actually enjoy boxing and most people want you to stand in front of them AND they're usually the ones who end up picking Tyson. 9 out of 10 quit within the first 2-3 rounds.. I've been down several rounds before and found a way to win; I enjoy the challenge.. it's 10 rounds for a reason!
That's a typical KO anim. He just landed against the ropes so it looked different on his way down. The ropes alter a lot of the animations up to a point that they don't even make sense. One time, I even had one guy fall against the ropes only for the ropes themselves to toss him off them into the canvas. Shit looked like that scene in Don't Be a Menace when Locdog pushed Crazylegs.
